A recent arrival in Waco from North Carolina, I was referred to Amy’s Attic Storage Facility by a family friend. I have not been disappointed. The facilities (storage units, bathrooms and grounds) are exceptionally clean. The staff is hospitable and professional. (Their level of communication and service has been superb.) Amazing to deal with! The whole team at Amy's Attic in Waco have been a pleasure to deal with throughout our rental. They were friendly and responsive by email and text and the space was conveniently located and easy to access. The facility was well kept and safe. We will definitely use them again for any needs!

Excellent Storage Facility – Clean, Accessible, and Well-Maintained!
We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Amy’s Attic Self-storage. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how spotless and well-maintained everything was. The indoor units are in mint condition, providing a safe and secure space for belongings.
Accessibility is top-notch—entry is hassle-free, and the layout makes it easy (while also being secure) to get in and out without any issues. The staff is absolutely amazing—friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. It’s clear they take pride in keeping the facility in perfect shape.

Hands down the best storage unit ever! From the customer service, it’s safe, in a great location! No crime or shady location it’s always so clean and smell good! Temperature indoor is perfect! They are very helpful. My payment process is so smooth, I just call up there and they pull me right up, be on and off the phone in less than 5 minutes! Superior Service!!!! 10/10

Amy’s attic is the very best storage unit we’ve ever used. Fantastic experience!! Everything is clean and easy to use. I love the elevators and carts and the temperature was perfect! . We rented 2 units during our move and we used the Amy’s attic truck twice to move our stuff in. I love that it has a very nice restroom for clients who are there moving in or out. I can’t say enough about how great this place is! I am so glad we chose Amy’s Attic!!
