This clinic could be better. Very affordable but always difficult to get a hold of them. No one answers the phone. I finally got a hold of someone today before they close, the lady answered was kinda rude. Asked a few questions, and she says on the phone "I guess I can loom online as you should"
So sorry I asked simple questions.

Took my cat here to get sprayed and she was supposed to have gotten a cone when she was asleep and they didn’t put a cone on her. She was very aggressive all day didn’t let any clinics put a cone on her and she licks the incision. They had no appointments the whole day but couldn’t take the time to put a cone on the cat when she was asleep. Lazy

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Yes the prices are VERY reasonable, but if you can, avoid going here. We took our cat here to get neutered, his shots, and microchipped. When we first made the appointment online, i saw that they had an available time for the next day for him, so I selected that and made the appointment. It was probably about 10 at night, so I didn’t expect to get my appointment “approved” until the morning. I woke up early and kept watch all morning, no email confirmation, therefore I did not go. Later that day, I got an email saying I missed my appointment. It was their mistake, as they did not send out an approval, and I wasn’t just going to show up if they were going to reject us. So I made an appointment for a week later. Note, in both of the notes sections on the appointment selection, I put that I may need financial assistance, as I am a young college student. At my appointment, I reminded them that I may need financial assistance. I dropped my cat off, while I was waiting on him, I called again and told them I would need financial assistance, and asked them what I needed to bring in since no one was mentioning it, and while I was in there, I barely spoke to any of them due to the girls at the front desk just sitting there talking to each other and not talking with anyone else. On the phone, they told me to bring any proof of residency. Done. I go to pick him up with the proof of residency and the lady I was talking to was VERY rude, telling me that I should’ve told them at first, after I had reminded them MANY times and they were blatantly ignoring me. The lady continued to be very rude to us up until we left. We got our cat home and noticed that when they tipped his ear, they cut a SIGNIFICANT amount off. I’ve had 4 cats before him when I lived at home and I’ve NEVER seen a tip like this. I tried to convince myself that it was fine and no big deal. I then started looking it up only to find out they should only cut a centimeter off. About 4-5 days later, my cat starts acting very different, meowing a lot more than usual, and showing signs of aggression. He ended up biting me fully and leaving 4 puncture wounds to where I had to go to the doctors and be put on antibiotics. This was not like him AT ALL as he is normally very very sweet. He was clearly in pain, but it wasn’t even from where he got neutered. It seems more like the ear tip is hurting him. It’s still bleeding even a week later. Since it was the weekend, I messaged a local rescue about the situation to see if they could tell me anything. The rescue agreed that the tip is pretty significant, and told me if he’s showing those signs, it seems like he is in pain and that I should bring him back to ABC when they open. Therefore, I call them and ask them about bringing him in for a post op. Today I brought him in, told them everything that had happened, and they looked at him, dismissed everything, and came out and was like “sometimes cats are buttheads”. I have NEVER heard of a cat biting for no reason when it was COMPLETELY unprovoked. We weren’t petting him or playing with him, NOTHING. It does look like they cleaned his ear off a bit, but again, the people are just VERY rude and make a joke out of you. IF you do plan to go in, avoid talking to the pregnant lady who sits at the back right desk. She was the one with the attitude the most. It is their JOB to help not only the animals, but inform the owners on everything too. When I picked him up after his operation, they handed him to me and said nothing. The post op instructions were very vague, and this being my first pet on my own, I did not know what to do for him or anything due to their lack of communication. It overall seems like they lack emotion. And empathy. If you care about your pets, take them elsewhere.

I’m upset that after making appointment, driving from China Spring, waiting to drop off my dog then driving home only to be called and told they won’t do the neuter because he threw up last night. He has been NPO for over 12 hours. Now I’ll be lucky to get another appointment for 3 months! SMH

If you can email an appointment reminder with the date and time, why do the text reminders only have the appointment date? You would think the time is important enough to include in the text reminder too.

Almost killed my daughter cat! Didnt close it correctly then acted like it was her problem. The skin was folded! How is that correct? They asked her to leave because she asked a question about it!

For spaying and or neutering to be such necessary procedures, no matter where you live, you would think they would service people in different counties. Especially those who live in rural areas with no easy accessible or affordable vet services. It is honestly saddening and ridiculous. People in all areas should be able to serviced and get the help they need for their pets.

Took our family dog and my friends cat in for her and left with out my family's dog that day...they stole our dog we rescued about 8 months ago. He was so starved to the point his ribs was showing, he was very weak and in bad shape. We feed and nursed him back to health. We asked everyone we knew, along with neighbors if they knew who he belonged to. When he was strong enough my husband took him around town in the back of his truck to get his food at the feed store etc.. our little one played with him all the time in the front yard and no one was looking for him so he became a big part of our family so we decided to do the responsible thing and get his shots and have him fixed.
In Texas 3 to 5 days after taking in a stray they become yours.
These people at this clinic took it upon themselves to give him to someone else and refused to let us have our family dog back.
They claimed he had a chip. If that was the case in Texas they are to let us know and give us the name and number of the person on the chip and for us to contact that person. Instead they lied over and over and claimed by law they couldn't let me have our dog back nor could they give me that person's information. Now knowing the laws that was a flat out lie.
They watched as I was crying my eyes out holding on to him as he snuggled in my arms (it felt like losing my child all over again) as they pull our sweet doggie from me and gave him to a compmete stranger calling him by a name he didn't respond to. He backed up into my legs shaking when they pulled him away, he didn't recognize this man and acted scared of him. They still wouldn't let me have my 🐶 dog.
Now my husband, little one and I are left broken hearted and a big empty place in our family and home. Garfield our kitten still looking for his best friend, his snuggle partner 🙀 Totally heartbreaking

I wish I could give zero stars. Made an appointment to have my dog neutered a month out. I scheduled the day off of work. 3 days before my appointment they call to change my appointment to the following morning. This required a second day off work with no notice to my boss. When I showed up for the new appointment I was told there wasn't anyone in thre office that could do the procedure and was told to reschedule for December, it's October now. I missed 2 days of work for nothing and will find a competent office that will do what they say. It will be cheaper to pay a proper vet and only miss 1 day of work.

Not a full service vet! But if you need shots/ spay/neuter it's the place to go.

absolutely great vet techs, very professional. the only thing i'd say i did not enjoy was the fact that they don't enforce pets having to be on leash, had two very big dogs and a chihuahua move my kennel and start growling/barking at my cat. he was already very nervous and that made the entire process really stressful for him. it's one of the cheapest places to neuter and microchip though but i think they need to be stricter especially with yappy little dogs.

Nobody at this department can answer questions about laws. When inquiring about specific details, they are completely clueless. How it’s it then that a law enforcement agency operating “solely” on the legal and non-legal actions of civilians, can justifiably enforce anything if they don’t know the laws in full which they are enforcing. What a joke. The lady basically hung up on me.
