It is a favorite place for many to buy cards and find a good selection of hard-to-obtain Pokemon packs and items, along with other anime merchandise like posters, action figures, plush toys, and collectibles. The shop owner is noted as being incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful, often giving good deals. However, customer service experiences vary, with some staff perceived as rude. The variety of merchandise, especially for items like Funko Pops, could be improved. Some items are pricey but authentic.

I and another person had went to this store and the blue haired man was nice and helpful as always. Whenever we were checking out there was this rude lady never said thank you, have a nice day or bye. She looked all angry and mean like we were bugging her or something whenever we were simply checking out.

Only place I could find selling real labubus. They were pricey but I get it… I was able to verify its authenticity on the pop mart website so I didn’t mind the price

This is by far my favorite place to buy cards in all of Waco. The shop owner has always been incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and I am always able to find a great selection of every hobby I am into!
