The service tech went above and beyond to assist me and did not try to up sell me on the available shower heads there. He tried to correct my problem. We found the issue of it being an import item on Amazon and figured out it was not made for our plumbing here. “Me and my boyfriend came in, and we're having the worst trouble with a hotspot. The assistant manager JT was the best person we could have talked to. He walked us through everything, and provided help that calmed us down because we were a little upset with the hotspot. If I could rate this best buy and their employees, i would do a 12/10! Awesome customer service, and we will be coming here for anything we ever purchase!”

unique one-offs. Facebook deals too. If you're looking for more industrial or automotive tools, they've got a huge warehouse for that. Customer service is great. If they don't have it, they'll get it.”
