I actually work at an apricot lane and I had heard several good things about the Waco location! I came in with my boyfriend on Saturday and whoever was working was really kind and made sure to ask if I needed anything. Their price point was so doable and they had some great quality pieces! I’ll definitely be ordering from their online shop from time to time. ?

I can not comprehend, why we are not able to, AT LEAST, exchange the clothes for the proper size, I respect the NO return policy but at least, EXCHANGE for the proper size !!

Worse customer service ever. Also, don’t buy anything here because they will not let you return items even with tags on and a receipt.

I came in from out of town and had a great experience at Apricot Lane! Katherine was an amazing stylist and helped both me and my teenager find something we love! I will definitely be back the next time I’m in town!

The shop itself has amazing clothing! And if my shopping experience was better, I wouldn't hesitate to support the business. However I can't help but mention that I felt the prejudice from the staff members from a million miles away. No, I am not your typical social justice warrior and I usually don't bother highlighting instances like these (In fact this is my very first review) But my goodness! It was so evident from the moment I walked into the store that I couldn't ignore it even if I tried.My two friends and I walked into the store at around 2pm today and while they were polite to my friends (who happen to be of a light complexion) to where they were even offered a fitting room, they didn't even bother to offer the same services to me or speak to me at all (a black woman).I pray that the employees learn how to treat every person they see with the same respect or they might continue to lose potential profit for their business if they don't. They definitely lost mine today.

This is such a really nice place. The clothes are so nice, good quality and unique. However, every time I came in here, they never have the size I need (large) not sure if they don't carry size large but they never seem to have that size when I asked. Customer service needs to improve.

AWFUL and inconsistent return policy.I went in here before and was able to return something with a tag that was not attached. I called recently and was told that I cannot return something if i don't have the tag. All my tag had on it was $48, no written barcode, no nothing. I've bought MULTIPLE items from this store that just had the price written in on it It's not like it had some super specific bar code on it. I looked on the website to see if that same product was still in the store and not on sale (which is was in the store and was not on sale) and was told that I could not exchange it.I could understand if it was on sale or WAY past the 14 day return policy, but this was not. Either train your employees to do the same thing every time or MAKE IT RIGHT if your customer was misinformed. If it happened before and the customer was able to return it, then you should honor it and let that customer know that this is a one time thing cause technically thats not the return policy.But apparently, they don't care that much about the customers or customer retention to make it right. I can't get my money back anyway! So it's not like you're losing out on anything. The item is in perfect condition and I am only a week into the 14 day return policy.

Love their clothes, but i've have had several bad experiences with their return policy and bad experiences with their employees not being on the same page. They're not very good with making it right with the customer.THINK before you buy something here cause you'll have a difficult time exchanging or returning it if you end up not liking the product. Very frustrating.

I LOVE Apricot Lane Waco! The style is spot on and I love that so many of the options allows me to both look stylish and also appropriate (I’m a teacher). I live in Dallas but still shop online here and have it all shipped to me!
