Sad that I had to pay a almost 300 dollar bill right before Christmas due to pipe being loose but they were very helpful in offering payment arrangements to avoid disconnecting. :(

It is recommended to stay outside near the timeframe when they come to install the gas. It took us 3 schedules to learn that. The technician checked leak for us and fixed the leak for free!
