The manager there is fabulous!! He was kind and patient and understood everything I needed. Also, what he sold me and referred me to was absolutely perfect - old school ear buds and a car charger -he helped make sure they were the ones that would fit perfectly with our iPhone 14's.
This manager is the reason we stay with ATT and won't ever leave. You guys are the best and we are so thankful for the service and excellent products you consistently provide - for me, it's been 30 years.

Visited this site with my dad on Friday to help him with a new phone. Our rep in the store was awesome. Very patient with dad and helpful on new phones and moving his service. We ported him to my plan. Great support here and highly recommended.

I purchased a new iPhone. I did not want the 3 year upgrade plan or the protection plan. They added BOTH of these without asking me or telling me. I had to call customer service to get the protection plan discontinued but they could not discontinue the upgrade plan at this time. I was very displeased by this and I will NOT be returning to this store again.

Mauricio at the Hewitt location was PHENOMENAL and extremely professional. I appreciated his knowledge of upgrades and his positive demeanor as we came in this week. He and the other employees clearly got along well, and Mauricio did everything he could to help us. I felt that he went out of his way to make us comfortable and his kindness did not go unnoticed.

Waited a good 15 minutes to be helped when the lady helping another customer had to go to the back and grab 1/2 of the other employees after she heard us talking about leaving. We finally get our new phones after 2 hours and 2 days later my husband and I both get an email that we’re getting charged $17 mo. for each phone for ATT’s protection plan that we did not sign up for or authorize. (We have cancelled it.) Only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because the guy who helped us was knowledgeable and took NO for an answer when we didn’t want to buy accessories unlike the manager.

Exercise extreme caution when dealing with this establishment. There have been instances of attempts to manipulate elderly customers. Despite claiming not to accept checks, they do so, relying on deceptive practices. It's advisable to scrutinize the fine print thoroughly. Consider switching to T-Mobile for a more transparent and reliable service.
