We had to wait for about 15 minutes before anyone can speak to us, but our issue was quickly resolved when the manager came and gave us a new SD card.

Customer service was great until I got home and found out I have a charging cord but no box to connect it too. Really?! The price for a phone is outrageous enough. Unless I spend another $40, I just bought the most expensive paper weight. ? Would have been nice to know before the purchase.

Went in for an upgrade on my phone and was being helped out by Aurora. Was told that I can receive a 300 dollar credit towards a purchase of a new phone. She asked if phone was in good condition and I told her that my old phone has a crack in the bottom left corner and showed her where it was at. Told that this wouldn’t be an issue and that I can still receive the credit. Phone I picked out wasn’t in stock. Was ordered and shipped to my home. Given 30 days to return my old phone. Two weeks laters now and showed up to return my phone. ATT wouldn’t accept my phone due to damage. Again I was helped by the same person (Aurora) and said that the return can’t be done. She spoke with her manager and now saying she can’t truly remember the conversation. Explained to her the conversation we had two weeks ago and still can’t fully grasp the details of the conversation. So now I’m stuck with a new phone and old phone that has wiped with a sales associate who can’t remember anything. I wouldn’t recommend this location or especially being helped out by an associate (Aurora) that says one thing and does the other.

This is the best AT&T location! Everyone is happy to help and very knowledgeable. Aurora is our favorite! She helps us so much and was so patient and kind with my elderly mother! She’s the best!

Evelina is a great sales representative to talk to. If you have ANY problems with your phone she is very experienced. Not a long wait also. Waco Dr At&t store is my go to store now.

Jessica was dismissive and rude. Completely made me NOT A FAN. Worst customer service ever. Continued to tell me I was not an authorized user. Had another associate look up my account and he was able to find me as an authorized user immediately. She is definitely a staff member management should reconsider as having part of their team. Disgusted with this visit. Hire better ATT
