Why have a store if I have to call in to cancel an account. If your store can create account and modify. They should be able to close the account. Also, sale assistance should let you know what is new and review your account to make it better.

I cancelled an account with At&t and paid a restocking fee. I was assured that the acount was canceled and that no further attempts to extort money from me would be forthcomming. Instead they are demanding payment of a a bill that I do not owe and threatening collection referal. These people have no honor.

A woman answered the phone, heard my question, and put me on hold.20 minutes later someone else answered the phone, ask me to repeat the problem and put me on hold again.A third person finally answered the phone and said I would need to call corporate and that the local store could not help me.This kind of garbage, being passed off to person to person makes me want to change carriers. Unfortunately, customer service is pretty much the same at other carriers as well.

If you can't get ahold of no body over the phone , don't even waste your gas coming into this store because they will not help you and tell you to call the customer service number even though you have been on hold all day with no help . I've been a customer with AT&T for years and this man who's name is "German" didn't help me , he didn't offer any advice , he just sat in his chair looking pretty and didn't have any solutions. I came into the store because I could not get a hold of anybody over the phone and then I can't have any help in the store that says a lot about your business and I will be canceling my whole plan and going with somebody else.

Waited 30 minutes with no line. 3 employees that I could see but only 2 at a time will help. 3rd always hides. People stacking up but 3rd won’t help. Worst AT&T store yet, and that is saying something. Terrible customer service.

It's not the store it's the service and the way att treats people and the way they run their business. They don't care about the customers they care about the dollar. The service in this area is garbage and they could care less. You'll spend hours out of your lif trying to figure out why you can't talk on the phone in your own back yard, the only response they give is use your wifi and still pay your bill.

very poor service. manager was very rude. Told me I couldn't stand outside door before opening. Assuming that I was not a customer.

Matt was very nice and helped me and my family resolve the problems with our phones very quickly, he even helped me pick out an apple watch to buy and i’m very happy with it! i highly recommend this store! amazing service!
