Went in my phone was suspended I was on a cruise received message about account suspended but the guy that was supposedly helping was no help at all he didn’t even look at my account you need to get better customer service

Customer Service could be better. My mother went to make a payment on Sunday afternoon 05/26/2024. The employee working asked my mom, "cash or charge?", when my mother said, cash, the employee said "we aren't taking cash at this time". My mother stated she just has one bill, a 50 to which the employee replied, "I don't care what u have our machines aren't taking cash". I'm a bit disappointed that this is how someone would speak to a senior citizen. My mother wasn't loud or irrational, the employee was just rude. Very disappointed.

Went for a sim card replacement and was told it would be $5. Crazy to think I have to pay because their product failed early but I didn't argue and agreed. The employee went to the back and came out a moment later to tell me that they were out of sim cards.

Our recent visit at the AT&T in Lacy Lakeview, TX was phenomenal. Each and every one of the staff went above and beyond to ensure that all of our questions were answered and that we were completely taken care of. Ayari, Maria and Abel each played a part in: getting set up on first net, upgrading our phones, adding a line, and protecting our phones with cases, screen and camera protectors. Ayari even installed our protective equipment for us! Wonderful experience, wonderful people. 10/10 would recommend.
