This place is amazing! My daughter had an accident while at Baylor, and they have given us white glove service. Car looks amazing and Laura and the rest of the team held her hand throughout the entire process.

AutoNation Collision Center is top notch in my book. I have had the misfortune of needing their services twice in a year. However, I was very fortunate that I had such a professional, caring team to handle my car’s repairs. After my initial call to my insurance, AutoNation Collision Center’s exemplary manager, Devlin Cole, took care of the rest. He was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. The center kept me in the loop as to how the repairs were coming. Joe, another member of the team, was very knowledgeable about my car and what needed to be done. The big takeaway was that I immediately felt at ease there and trusted AutoNation. I wasn’t wrong.

After hitting a deer, my insurance company sent me to AutoNation. The timeline was exactly as I was told, and the work was well-done. I had a non-related engine issue after pickup, and the customer service rep, Devlin, helped me to pinpoint it and gave me some very good advice (dead battery replaced on the spot by a local parts store). He definitely went the extra mile, and I was very grateful. During my AN repairs, I was able to coordinate with a local Enterprise rental agency for a seamless experience all around.

My wife's 2022 Tahoe has been at this body shop since 10/16/2023 and at the time the worst case scenario was 6 weeks and now the excuses keep rolling in and it could be January and the scenario sounds just like Rachelle Brown's review. Will update this review after my wife calls.

They did a horrible job ans ran My insurance up and there was on satisfaction or appeasement on there part....they lied and cause more damage to My car then I had ...they stated My car would be ready and a certain time and 4weeks later it was and when questioned about they portrayed a negative attitude....I will never ever give to these crooks and u tried to reach out to Gm only to get the run around

The issue with my vehicle was a check engine light. I stopped by on Monday morning and was told the vehicle would be ready on Thursday or Friday as I needed to have it to drive to Galveston for a Cruise. Service on the vehicle included a check engine light an oil change and lube and a replacement battery. It was necessary for me to stop by the dealership to stress that I needed my vehicle as promised because there was no communication on the status. End result is that I got my vehicle but the oil change status on the computer was not reset, nor was there a sticker afixed on my windshield with next date of an oil change. Also, the parking sensors were not working and I believe it because the battery was replaced but the sensors was not reset. I will continue to use AutoNation for service but they need to improve the quality of their service and not take 4 days for simple items.
