I saw online a vehicle that peaked my interest. There was 2 who dropped the ball but 2 who made up for it. Because their price on the vehicle was in my price range I was determined to take a look. The 2 who helped make my purchase a smooth transaction was Bruno the salesman and Alex the finance manager. Without them I don't think I would have had a good time. I drove home to fort worth a happy customer.

My experience with getting a car at AutoNation Chevrolet Waco went great. From start to finish everyone was super friendly and helpful with answering any questions. They even fill your car up with gas which I thought was a really nice feature. Would definitely recommend going here to look for cars.

Amber Anderson was our salesperson for our visit. I had submitted a prequalification and started shopping online based on those results. I found a vehicle I, personally, thought I would be most able to get qualified for, but it was at a different location. Amber showed me one she actually had on the lot in Waco: a much BETTER one (newer, less miles, and nicer trim package) and much prettier!!! But it was a higher price too, so I did NOT think it was possible. I spoke to Amber on the phone and explained to her EXACTLY what I wanted, and what my concerns were. She went above and beyond, keeping my requests in mind, and made it happen! She truly helped me get into the car I have wanted FOR YEARS!!!

Don’t waste your time or they will waste yours. I had an appointment with Jose and long story short he was already helping someone when I got there. He should have told me that and have someone else help me. Instead he hides it from me and takes significant amounts of time to do simple tasks that he said he would do. I found out by wondering where Jose went and saw him sitting down with other people. The deal breaker was him bringing out the wrong truck I asked for and him telling me to look at it anyways since it had the same options.
