Don’t know the guys name but he states that he’s been there with 21 years but he clearly doesn’t know how to speak to people so they call me. I called them back he says did you order part and explain that I didn’t you could hear his frustration Exhaling and said OK then forget it. I told him he needed to change his attitude and learn how to talk to people It wasn’t my fault that he called the wrong number. He says that he knows how to talk to people. He worked there for 20 years. ??

Needed my battery checked (a free service they provide) and one of the employees was too interested in his conversation with his coworker to care. Just lied, said they didn't check batteries there.
