I’m a big pedicure/manicure person but since moving to Waco from Austin I haven’t been able to find a new salon that I loved. Well, that is until I found B&J nails! Run by a husband and wife duo, they are incredibly kind, gentle, efficient, and talented! The environment is comfortable and quiet. It is true that they prefer appointments since it’s just them two who work in the salon, but that shouldn’t deter you! I can’t state enough how perfect my pedicure was (as someone with VERY sensitive feet, it was perfectly gentle and attentive) and they made sure the job was FULLY done before I left - no wet polish duck walking needed!

Can't comment on service but seems good based on other reviews. My issue was I happened to be in the area and decided to drop in because the door said 'Walk-ins Welcome'. I walked in and was greeted with 'Can I help you?' I said I'd like a Mani/Pedi. He said we are busy. That's it. There was no talk of wait times, no come back time, etc. Couldn't you have offered a reservation time? Nope. He just said 'We are busy.'
If it's reservations only, remove that walk-ins are welcome because no, they not based on that interaction!

They are husband and wife ran. I love it because it's by reservation only so that you have a quiet and relaxing experience. They do a great job and offer a cold beverage

I took my Dad to B&J Nails for a pedicure. We were greeted warmly as one of the owners took him straight to the pedicure chair. He was allowed to select the package of service he wanted and the co-owner began working immediately. She took her time and gave Dad the best pedicure he has ever had at any salon. She was gentle as she trimmed his nails and treated his feet, He then received a soothing, relaxing leg & foot massage. I highly recommend this salon. The atmosphere is inviting and relaxing. It is owned and operated by a friendly and caring professional husband/wife team. They take their time with the clients and pride in their work. This was our first visit and we will be coming back. Do yourself a favor and book your appointment today,

Wonderful experience! My daughter and I went for a pedicure, and both agreed this is now our favorite place. We booked an appointment, and we're taken back within seconds of our arrival. We were treated to a wonderful, relaxing pedicure by the friendly staff. We highly recommend this place and will be back.

Wouldn’t do my nails because I didn’t have a appointment. (Since when does a nail salon only require appointments) They didn’t even ask if I was willing to wait just sorry bye bye. Very unprofessional don’t spend your money here or waste your time.

These people are so amazing! I love my set that I got! Definitely coming back, best hidden gem in the Waco area! The tech that was doing my nails was so detail oriented and my nails look so beautiful bc of her! Thank you guys

This is a wonderful nail salon. I didn't know where it was, but after reading reviews I decided it was worth finding. I was right! Since the pandemic, I have been to several other nail salons and it seemed they just wanted to get me out of the way, as if I was a nuisance.
