Really great service- they even reminded me that I had a lifetime replacement plan on one of my watches and didn’t charge me for it. Very honest and highly recommended for watch battery replacement!

I purchased a lithium battery For my 2018 Harley Davison, After almost 3 days of working in the afternoon to try, diagnose the issue and Multiple trips to the Harley dealership purchasing fuses,
They tested the Lithium battery and it was defective. $60 in fuses !!!This left me with a poor taste in my mouth. Where was the quality control? Why wasn’t the battery tested before I received it? Nevertheless the Gentleman in the store was very polite, very professional, but offered no rebate only exchange.
I won’t they purchasing lithium batteries from them again it to Costly.

I ordered a battery online and got a discount. They called me within a couple of hours to tell me my battery was ready to be picked up. I was in and out with a fully charged battery. Very pleasant customer service. I will be back!

Staff was very friendly and persistent to help replace a battery on my car key with a really stripped screw. Special thanks to Tyler especially for being extra friendly and offering me water when I needed it badly after a run in the heat.

Muhammed was able to fix my key fob for a fraction of the price I was quoted for a new one. I had a malfunctioning button. He was kind and knowledgeable about the situation and was able to get me in and out in 10 minutes. I wish more businesses were this seemless.
