Came here when I was a kid back in the 90’s for ear infections. Came back to this one from another location. Not because my insurance (how actually recommended this location. Because how amazing everyone is) Love the staff here how actually cares about there patients. Not to mention it’s not fair from home.

The front staff doesn’t know what they are doing. They schedule you for an appointment then call the next day to break your appointment.

NP Seeyle is one of THE best practitioners I’ve ever had the opportunity to meet. I’ve worked with healthcare professionals throughout my career and been seen by various physicians throughout my life but I can truly say that her care is outstanding and she truly cares about hearing her patients and being as thorough as possible to create a future care plan WITH them. I will be recommending as many of my family and friends to her as I possibly can because she embodies the best clinical healthcare has to offer.

Standard of care in this office is very low. They will downplay your pain and gaslight you. When confronted they will blame you for your pain and tell you that gaslighting is not a term they use in this office. Nurses have no compassion or care they are there as gatekeepers to the drs who are too egocentric.
If you have been through any type of trauma or mental issues. Run far from this office!

Came here to get a shot and the three nurses, Michelle, Krystal, and Alyssa are some of the nicest medical staff I have ever interacted with. I have a fear of needles and they were incredibly patient and understanding with me. I am so grateful for their kindness. The front desk employees are the same way. I had called months before and walked in but due to a misunderstanding I had to make an appointment first and the woman I talked to at the front desk was very helpful and sweet. I go to Dr. Hulme and he was very nice and respectful as always.

Do NOT come here if you are uninsured. Honestly, don't come here at all, but I'll get to that in a moment. As an uninsured person whose partner urged me to get a checkup, I very specifically asked what my charges would be. Imagine my pleasant surprise when I was told it would only be slightly over $100!Now, they're undoubtedly going to reply to this and say I was misinformed or misheard things, but I think we can all agree that being charged almost FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS for a "preventative exam" and a flu shot is unacceptable, regardless of what I "misheard."I put the former in quotes because going to this practice felt like being put through a cattle chute. The team aren't interested in listening to your problems, they just want to get you in and out as quickly as possible. If I'd wanted them to hear me out, I would have had to make a second appointment (right, like I'm gonna shell out this much money again to be hustled through a line). In addition, I asked the nurse to price out what a flu vaccine would cost. She came back and said it was under $30. So why is it that I'm being charged over $40? Again, I'm sure someone will reply and try to make me look like I misheard things. If there were extra charges, I SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD. Thank God I didn't get the blood work or the pap smear they tried to get me to do. I'd be over $1000 in debt. The greater irony is that before I left, the receptionist told me to wait to be billed before paying for the flu shot, because she had a feeling I'd been OVERcharged. Ha!I'd already left with a bad taste in my mouth, given their rushing (and the nurse could barely keep her head on straight, kept forgetting to do things)... Now knowing they charge this much, I'll go find someone else for medical care when my insurance kicks in. Of course it won't hurt their bottom dollar, they've got plenty of other cattle to shove through the line.

No wait time to check in. Only had to wait a couple of minutes before I was called back. Desk employee was polite and helpful. Nurse was friendly. Only had to wait a few minutes before I was seen by the doctor. Super friendly. Listened to me, acknowledged what I was saying. Discussed the best avenue of treatment.

I did my annual today. And it was my first time doing an annual check up. I had Ms. Grant, and she was super nice.I would go back to her again. Anything I had questions about she answered.
