We LOVE this place and especially Dr Mccunniff (he is so thorough and truly cares about his patients!) and Nurse Bri! The entire staff is always so kind and compassionate! Highly recommend!

Avoid this place if you can, or at least avoid William McCunniff. He is an absolutely vile doctor who will refuse your request for immediate assistance and make you go through weeks of phone tag for prescriptions you need to live. Absolutely the worst PCP i have ever had.

Called about a localized reaction to my second vaccine and spoke to Ms. Ramona who was absolutely so sweet and helpful. I also typically see Dr. Snider who has always been so helpful and always had my best interest in mind!

Debbie McCoy is the best NP. She treats you like family and explains everything thoroughly. I drive 30 min just to go to that clinic because of her. She’s amazing!

Doctor McCunniff is fantastic! Very professional, well trained and has an excellent bedside manner. Awesome with children. The office staff, on the other hand, is hit or miss. Some of the personnel, including the office manager, are polite and professional. This is not the case with them all. Unfortunately it does not appear that the office management is able to perceive this weakness as there have been interactions with certain staff that were unprofessional and sometimes even rude. The office manager has gotten involved but it does not appear that she realizes the level of unprofessionalism that is being exhibited by some of the staff.

This is by far the best clinic I've been to in Waco. Dr Salinas and Debby McCoy are super fast friendly and have taken care of me for years. I no longer work in the area but still drive to them for my health care needs.

Excellent Staff!!. The Veronica's Lol!! there are 2 Veronicas at the referral department they quickly expedite my referrals for me and my family and always follow up on those. Dr Myers has been taking care of me and my family for around 5 years as well as Debbie McCoy, excellent Primary Care Managers to dealt with as well as the other interaction that my family had at the clinic with other doctors as well. Lab and Radiology are excellent. They are well prepare to Tact Team our concerns. 5++++. Cindy is a great manager too. Not mention the nursing staffing they are excellent too. Way to go....

I was happy with Dr Wright and his staff, but not happy with the board of directors for not approving my surgery. I can see that they just care about themselves. I will spend the rest of my life in a wheelchair.
