They are to be recognized, lauded and fully acknowledged for the level of professionalism they exhibit. Stellar, superb and supreme are only a few of the superlatives that come to mind when referring to the PNC Woodway branch customer representatives.

ATM looked to have been updated. Went to try to take money out this morning and it declined me twice. I called in and really got no answers. This needs to be addressed asap. If you update or change something you should make sure it works. Also when I am transferred to the branch from phone bank no one answers the phone !!! Needless to say I am upset and would like some answers.

PNC has RUINED BBVA!Accounts are no longer free, there is now a $7 monthly fee.No QuickView in their app.I've closed my account. There are plenty of FREE local Credit Unions!

Drive thru is terrible. I had 3 people be helped after I was there already 30 minutes before them. Then when I called to ask if there was a problem they acted like I was rude for calling. I highly suggest avoiding this service. If they do not have a way of telling who was first with only 3 lines then I highly suggest they figure this process out. I have been doing commercial business with them for awhile now and this just helps me make a big decision in my future banking.

I’m not usually one to complain or act like a “Karen” however I did complain about getting charged $5 for a replacement debit card since mine was worn down and almost broken in half. I was very impressed with the quick response I received from the Bank Officer at the Midway branch letting me know how much my loyalty and business meant to them. Within 5-10 minutes I received a phone call, now that’s quick. They refunded the $5 and I went about my way.

Won't be doing business with this particular location. Staff needs to get more trained and be more knowledgeable, especially the manager with procedures that are not made on a everyday basis. Also no initiative was even taken to find out the problem regarding a perfectly payable check. Another location was able to help with no problem with the transaction that was requested.
