My vehicle has been there for 9 weeks. I do realize they do have to wait on parts and such. Even though I was told 30 days maybe a week more. I do realize they had to wait a week before my insurance got back to them on the estimate. My complaint is that their customer service sucks on keeping you up to date on how things are progressing with your vehicle. I have had to call them twice very time. I was told my roof would be in on a certain date and they would call and let me know if it came in and if there was no damage to it when it came in. Here we are 13 days later and I haven’t heard a word. When I made arrangements for them to do the work it was Bebrick and since that time it changed to Joe Hudson. I was also told approximately 30 days for repairs. Not sure if any of the original people from BeBrick are there but I’m thinking not. Everyone I have ever dealt with before I haven’t talked to since. Just beyond frustrated when it was supposed to go in June and it didn’t go in until mid September and it’s still there. I have tried to be polite and respectful. Now my give a damn is busted. I had made one payment on my vehicle before the hail storm. Now I feel like I am paying for excuses. Walking 7 miles to work each day truly sucks and they do not care nor does insurance after the 30 day rental runs out.

Update regarding owner response:Insurance has paid over 11k at this point and has verbally said they will pay the remaining $1200. The 12k bill after 3 different adjustments is absolutely ridiculous for this repair anyway.Also, rather than getting supplements approved before repairs they waited to get this adjustment submited until a day after repairs were complete.It is even more frustrating that when I called the week before and Keith told me the repairs would be done Wednesday, Thursday at the latest, he somehow forgot to mention that I wouldn't actually be able to have my car then since they hadn't even filed for the supplemental payment yet.____________________________Left my car there in the last week of April. Repairs were not complete until now (first week of September).The final adjustment was DOUBLE the initial estimate and they made no effort to update me on progress or changes at any point.Luckily I called to check in June because they hadn't even started working on it.I've been calling at least weekly and have gotten the same speech as well as timelines that have been grossly underestimated.In July they promised that since the estimate was fixed the repairs would be done by the end of July, first week of August at the latest....here we are in September...It is worth noting that my car was drivable when I dropped it off. Only the bumper and blind spot sensor had to be repaired or replaced. Honestly not worth $12,000 and 4+ months without a car. I'll check my own blind spots.Insurance paid the initial estate and two separate adjustments. Now they wont let me take my car until insurance approves a third...This whole process honestly feels like they are just committing insurance fraud...Excuses for the delay that have been recited to me:- Joe Hudson bought Bebrick and there was a back log of work from the old company (playing catch up)- the person originally working on my car left the company- the estimator with Bebrick did the estimate incorrectly (which they didn't notice or adjust until August??)- the current manger (Keith) has only been there about 2 months and isn't responsible for the mistakes of the old managementTwo months in, I was sympathetic and understanding.Three months in, I was confused and frustrated but still polite.Now I literally do not give a damn about their excuses I just want to stop having to take an Uber to work.I would give them 0 stars if I could.

I found the online estimate tool to be simple and easy to use. After sending in my truck information along with pictures of the damage, I was contacted by Roxy asking if I could bring my truck in for a closer look to get an accurate estimate. I told them I worked out of town and they were accommodating with my schedule. Once I arrived a few days later I met and talked with Dennis and he actually gave me information on how I could fix it myself, which I respect because it showed me they were not out to squeeze a dime out of me. After communicating I was not comfortable or confident in my ability to fix it myself but also sharing I have a hectic work schedule they were kind enough to squeeze me in their hectic work week to fix my bed rails.Service: Body & Trim

I really want to thank bebrick collision for helping me fight with insurance the past month who were trying to repair my Tahoe. The insurance appraiser did a initial appraisal off pictures and then the shop went in and added more damage to the report and said it was not repairable. After insurance still wanted the vehicle fixed the shop did a triage and sent another report showing how structurally damaged the vehicle was and needed to be totaled. The shop went above and beyond sending everything insurance needed to show it was structurally unsound. If you need a collision shop I highly recommend them.

I took my ol'girl in to have my window repaired and I got back way more than I expected. The staff was so sweet and Craig is a superstar. Not only did they fix my window but they also cleaned my car for me as well. I am a single mom with two full time jobs and 3 kiddos under age 10 so needless to say I don't have much time to clean and detail my car as I would like. It was that extra mile they took to do that for me that had me driving home with tears in my eyes. Its the small things that someone can do that means more to you than they know. I will absolutely bring my car back to Bebrick for any future car needs...why wouldn't I? they are the best in town. Thank you guys so very much!Service: Electrical

If you’re needing collision repair in Waco, don’t go anywhere other than Bebrick. My Volvo needed extensive repairs, along with paint-matchin, and they did an immaculate job. They’re extremely thorough, professional, and most importantly, they’re not out for your money. They truly care about their customers, and that’s hard to find in body shops today. My vehicle was in the shop for a month and a half, and they had to book me a couple weeks out post-estimate, but they did a great job of keeping me updated and I got email responses usually within the hour. This shop is run by a great owner and it shows through their work and customer service. So please don’t go anywhere else but Bebrick’s.Services: Body & Trim
