It is well maintained, with garbage picked up multiple times a week and a laundry room with fair prices and a coin machine available at any time. The staff is hardworking and goes above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. Visitors appreciate the fair prices, honesty of the owners, and the enforcement of rules that maintain safety. The park is close to local attractions like a flea market, making it a convenient choice. An on-site RV repair shop adds extra value. Overall, it is considered one of the best RV parks in the Waco area, offering great value with no highway noise and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
Luv the covered spaces and quiet park. The owners are extremely accommodating and very nice too. Prices are fair for the location and coinside with going rate.

We've stayed at this campground for several years. We like it because it's quiet, safe, clean, families live there , and Ken is very helpful and friendly. It's also close to our favorite spot, the flee market which is a great place to find hidden gems.
