Had some shipping problems on 2nd party, Robert from best buy in waco took care of all the issues I had. I was frustrated walking in, felt satisfied when I left store!! Great customer service!

Delivery never showed up. No call no show, no email, no text message, absolute unprofessional. I had to go to the store to check on my prepaid order for 4 Smart tv's, and equipment. Not only did the store not know anything about my order, 2 different customer service representative promised me a gift certificate for the inconvenience. I never received any gift card or certificate and i had to hire someone to to pick up order.
