I have to tell you it was really difficult walking in with my sleeping 4 year old but Adriana was immediately helpful! I told her it was my brothers birthday and she instantly became my personal shopper. She let me know all the shoes available in his size and even brought extra designs. Which I actually ended up picking instead. I will say though the blonde female was extremely tacky towards her for not making a bigger sale in front of me. I’m sure she was embarrassed because it was awkward for me. Extremely unprofessional I was carrying a 40lb kiddo and really was just trying to get in and out. Adrianna read the situation perfectly gave me options and I commend her for her attentiveness to detail!!!

This was my first time at this store. I was advised by a friend to check them out. The wife and I went in today and were assisted by Adriana. This woman was awesome! She was very helpful and so attentive! She has set the bar high for the standards your employees should be meeting!

Male employees need to take the hint on when to leave people alone. I understand trying to make a sale, but following me around the store, waiting outside my dressing room, asking me what kind of perfume I wear, etc is just so uncomfortable and gross.

Wow!! This stores staff, especially Michael, are amazing and so caring about their customers! Thank you all for all the help and understanding what my wife was looking for. Your great attitudes and welcoming atmosphere will definitely have us ordering less online and looking for more in person sales experiences! Give Michael a promotion or his own store already! (Michael=Guy from Marshall Texas with the hat backwards and the mustache) in case we got the name wrong.

Elle went above an beyond. Smile, welcoming atmosphere, attentive. Management material!! Compared to the rest of the mall this woman shined like a diamond!! The only associate in the ENTIRE mall that actually wasn’t on their phone, smiled, welcomed, approached me and helped. This woman is WORKING! Give appreciation when it is deserved THANK YOU ELLE ????

My daughter & I had a short visit to Waco. We were birthday shopping but ended shopping for my daughter (mom life) Mandy helped out so much and was AMAZING! Wish we had her out in the town we lived in. She gave great suggestions & knows her stuff! ??♀️

Didn't find a button up like we went in for but we did find 2 nice pairs of Hey Dudes and they actually have both of our sizes which has proven difficult with these shoes at most stores. Didn't catch the sales associates Name but he was super helpful.
