This is my very last time coming in this store managers Erika and another short lady manager figure hanging and sorting hangers where more important then helping the 2 cashiers who had the line way to the back of the store. Never Never Again

First time in the store today. I was back by the home section and as I was coming to the end of the row the doors to the storm area flew open and hit my cart. I stopped and 3 workers came out of the back with there carts. Not one word was said to me. Then I was going down the center isle and 1 of the workers shoved her cart into mine knocking off a shelf oh towels. She never stopped just kept pushing her way out. I yell just a minute while I was trying to pick up the towels. I won't be back in your store if all you workers are that rude. That is not CS.

New store is nice and clean. Door greeter this morning was awesome. Lots of clothing on the racks. Yes isles are a bit small but an overall improvement from the old store. Only one thing was wrong. The only cashier this morning didn’t greet me , just rang everything up , didn’t tell me my total and I just waited till I thought it was time to swipe my credit card. Not even a thank you. All Customers want to feel appreciated. Maybe the casket having a bad morning if not maybe keep her in the back stocking because it definitely showed she does not like her job. Your door greeter made up by asking if I found what I was searching for and saying thank you and come again. Over all an improvement from the old store.

The store was clean and nice, so I shopped for dresses to try on. However, they only had the men's side dressing rooms open. Asked an employee if they had women's and they said they arent open. I'm not sharing dressing rooms with men. I put the dresses back and left.

New location is very small! I’m talking the isles are probably just barely wheel chair accessible. You can not fit more than 1 shopping cart down any isles and way less product. I miss the old location already me and my baby would go at least once a week. I’ll avoid it now because just trying to look peacefully is impossible without being in someone’s way. Full of anxiety my whole shopping experience and it use to be something we really looked forward to.

The truth is that I loved the store in the other location but in this new one it is too crowded, you can't even walk through the aisles and there is very little merchandise and variety, nothing like before. I was very disappointed even though I love this store.

There are great deals to be found if you are willing to dig. ? It's not always the most organized. This trip I needed a planner for the new year and I ended up sitting on the floor weeding through the stacks in disarray that were crowding the aisle, then the jumble of journals, sketch books, calendars and planners before I finally decided the one I wanted. Like I said, you have to be willing to dig.

Walked in to purchase multiple items for several people. There were no shopping carts or the little rolling baskets available. Waited and walked back out.

Hours online say the store is open from 7-12. Showed up at 10 and was told the store was already closed and would open at 8 am the next day. Very misleading, fix your hours posted.
