They were amazing in every possible way. They understood where the insurance was begin a pain with both of us and they were so professional about it. Their staff up front and in the back are great! They did the service well and it looks amazing! They have out shinned every other body shop/repair place I have been to in McLennan county. If you are looking for amazing people and your vehicle to be fixed properly and in a timely manner this is your place to go!

Went in for a estimate for insurance, they said they need to take the vechile apart before giving a estimate to get more information for the insurance, it dont right..

Lack of performance, lack of communication, lack of integrity, lack of professionalism. FOR SIX MONTHS! Although they refunded my parts ordering deposit, they kept me on a back burner for 6 months and finally confessed that no parts were ordered, paid for, or received. Find a real professional and save yourself the headache.
EDIT: I made the 4.5 hour drive pulling a 16' flatbed trailer BECAUSE you told me parts were in. I requested to go pick up those parts up but would need the PO's to prove they were mine. After disappearing into your office, you returned with a check and clearly stated, "No parts were ordered, no parts were paid for, and no parts were received." I know you didn't order them from the local Grand Design dealer because they stated that there are parts in their facility that you ordered and have been there for over 4 months. Unfortunately, they were not the parts I needed. AND, if you ordered parts and they were at the dealership, why did you not call them and instruct them to release them to me after I made payment instead of telling me that "no parts were ordered"?

One of the BEST collision repair centers I've ever used. If I had a new car....and needed body work...C&C Collision Center is where I'd take it. Besides doing body work on cars I sell...they've done personal work for me as well. Like - totally repainting a vintage 1997 Jeep Wrangler Sahara.....it looks awesome !
