No ESA (emotional support animals) allowed. From what I could see, it looks like it has good items, sadly wasn’t allowed to shop.

FYI — No ESA’s
We were rudely denied entry because of our small dog.
We’ve brought her in before and absolutely no fuss. However this time, the moment we entered, the attendant sternly told us to leave.
I explained that she was an ESA and verbatim the attendant said “ESA’s are pets, you cannot enter”.
Sorry Trading Co but y’all lost our business.

Love this shop. So many things to look at, you could literally spend hours just looking through everything this store has in it. So many different vendors and so many different items to choose from.
The hardwood technology booth is amazing. Everything is hand made here in Waco! Absolutely adore the works also, they are very respectful and accommodating to the shoppers.

Do not go. Got a watch and it was broken but they didn’t tell you that before hand. Also no where is there a sign that says no returns. When I asked if I could please return it because it’s broken, the man said “it’s not a new store”. Very rude. I like the woman. That’s it.

What a fun time! Currently they are putting Christmas stuff out. Most of that is on the upper level. Side note there are stairs. :) I love the mix of items available. I've visited several times and will continue to. They work really hard to be seasonally appropriate. If you like antiques come on by and check them out.

The person working the front desk is racist, rude, condescending & culturally incompetent. They started ringing a bell for us to leave instead of walking up to us and telling us (he had just walked past us and it was 15 minutes before closing.) If you’re going to run a business in a tourist town be culturally knowledgeable, perhaps idk CHOOSE KINDNESS. I do not recommend this store.

Would know what it like inside. I was denied entry with my SERVICE DOG. We even to the guy at the door, he didn’t care. As a combat veteran I am very disappointed in this Waco business and would recommend this place or any others that willing break the law.

Lots of items to see and lots of vendors. Been visiting here for several years and have always been helped by the great staff. The staff goes above and beyond and wraps everything I have purchased with care. Give yourself plenty of time to browse as there is lots to take in. This location is close to the Waco silos. Worth the trip. ?

Shocking Customer Mistreatment
My recent visit to Cameron Trading Co turned into a distressing ordeal when I witnessed the appalling mistreatment of a lady and her daughters by one of the employees. The incident left me deeply troubled and compelled to share my experience to highlight the unacceptable behavior that occurred.
As I observed, the employee not only displayed a lack of professionalism but also showed a blatant disregard for basic courtesy and respect. Instead of providing assistance or addressing the concerns of the lady and her daughters, they chose to respond with hostility, subjecting them to unwarranted yelling and a disrespectful attitude.
What was even more disheartening was the complete absence of an apology from the employee, who failed to acknowledge their wrongdoing or attempt to rectify the situation. This left the lady and her daughters feeling embarrassed and belittled, turning what should have been a pleasant outing into a distressing experience.
It's deeply disheartening to imagine how I would feel if someone treated my own mother in such a disrespectful manner. The thought alone fills me with outrage and underscores the severity of the situation. As a customer, witnessing the mistreatment of another lady and her family only strengthens my resolve to speak out against such behavior. No one should have to endure such treatment, especially from those who are meant to serve and assist them.
It's imperative that Cameron Trading Co takes immediate steps to address this issue and instill a culture of respect and empathy among its employees. Failure to do so not only risks alienating customers but also perpetuates a toxic environment that is detrimental to both patrons and staff alike.
Do not go this establishment.
