“Our home was 25 years old and we had trouble with the fireplace glass cracking after a fireplace company in the town where we live had serviced it. We live an hour north of Dallas, not in Waco. That fireplace company checked with their glass suppliers and had a very difficult time ordering a replacement glass for us and eventually said we just needed to replace the whole firebox, which was going to be upwards of $7000, probably because of stone damage even much more. Our son told us about Freddy's Glass and said he thought they did fireplace glass replacement. I heard immediately back and all they needed was the model number from our fireplace, no measurements, nothing, just the model/sku number and they told me where to find it. After a couple months working with the local company, in ONE WEEK we had the replacement glass from Freddys, which was actually the exact glass from our model of fireplace from the exact manufacturer.
