“After a terrible experience with another rental company failing to provide the vehicle we reserved for our weekend trip, Avis completely turned the situation around for us.
I called Avis at the Waco Airport and spoke with Kass, who was professional, helpful, and actually cared about finding a solution. She was able to get us into a small SUV that was clean, dependable, and had absolutely no mechanical issues.
The difference in customer service was night and day. Instead of excuses and last-minute cancellations, Avis provided professionalism, reliability, and peace of mind.
Because of this experience, I’ve already made reservations with Avis for next week and again at the end of May. I’m looking forward to continuing to do business with them going forward. Highly recommend! Thanks!”

“Had the BEST experience at this Hertz Rental location and much quicker and cheaper than the nearby airport kiosk I’ve used previously. Manager Hisham was stellar and said “all we have are SUVs…take your pick.” I chose a Hyundai Santa Fe, and he said “that’s the one I’d put my mother in.” Ha ha! It was roomy, comfy, and got great mileage on my 1800 mile round trip over 5 days. Hisham was so nice and when I feared not getting back before closing on my return date, he was gracious to work with me on a return window edit. Returning the car was also easy, and Steven and the female shuttle driver on duty were also wonderfully friendly, caring, and efficient. I may bake them some cookies, cuz that’s what us 70-year-old ladies do. :-)”

“Excellent service and wonderful customer oriented people. I am so grateful to this team! We were from out of state and in a wreck. We needed a car to get our little kids home. When another Enterprise in the Waco area told us they “wasn’t a car for us anywhere between Waco and Austin” the Waco Rd location SAVED us. They got us in a larger vehicle, first thing the next morning, picked me up from the hotel we were in, and helped us get set. I cannot thank this team enough!”
