“Nice people. Their products are expensive though. Higher quality than other retailers, but you certainly pay for it. Definitely get a quote in writing before purchasing anything from them - I made the mistake of getting a verbal quote that was quite far off from the price they charged after the fact. After some discussion they lowered the price, but I would only ever use them again if I got my quote in writing.”

She also helped us find a picture of the tile installed, which was very important to us. She was helpful, but not pushy. She really knows her products. She has a wealth of knowledge. The showroom is the most pleasing one in Lubbock. This is a hidden gem. Between the showroom and Mandy's help, this was the best experience in Lubbock.....and we have searched them out.
