!!BEWARE!! if i could give this shop 0 stars i would. i purchased a vehicle that i was told went through all of the necessary testing and got the “green light”. i was told that the seller guaranteed a good transmission and engine. 13 days later, the car stopped running while i was driving down the highway. after taking the car to a shop, i was informed the engine was locked. i called to inform jim and was met with deception, disruption, irritation and disrespect. he advised to reach out to a dealership to see if the engine was still under an extended warranty because, “upon his research,” he found that there had been several recalls on the engine. i called the dealership immediately and was told that the warranty did not apply to this car due to previous recalls not being met. after several attempts to contact jim, he failed to return my calls but instead, waited several days later to email me stating that there was nothing he could do. i went to his shop to speak with him in person to try and come to an amicable solution before reporting him or leaving bad reviews. however, he refused to listen or accept any of the documentation that i was providing him. he threw the papers back at me and started calling me a liar and telling me that i was acting like a victim. he then threatened to call the cops on me if i didn’t leave. he is the reason small car lots like this have such a bad wrap! please, if you are in need of a good, running vehicle, DO NOT buy from here!!

I don’t normally post reviews but I feel this needs to be heard. My husband answered the phone (he does not speak English) my friend translates for him and tells Darr I was busy (which I was) and she was translating for my husband to see what was needed. Jim “Darr” proceeds to say “this is the USA and he needs to speak English” let me just say Monday I will be making my final payment on my car and it will be finally paid off. After him revealing his racism I will never refer or do business with Darr Auto Sales again.

Mr. Darr is the worst ever don't buy from him.I got a truck for now ex husband ok Ex so Mr darr knows it he did repo truck cause ex late 2 payments total 300.00Now Mr darr say we have to pay off truck to get it 4000.00 verse 300What a rip off

*** is a very nice guy. He is always courteous to us. The couple of times we had to be late on a payment, he was totally understanding, and then did not think about repossessing my car. I would buy another vehicle from him if needed.

We recently bought a Nissan Xterra for my wife from them. Jim is very knowledgeable and always returns your calls and answers any questions. I love that There is a warranty available with any vehicle you buy there. I would recommend them if you need to use the vehicle.

Good customer service. Jim is easy to work with, just had a hard time getting together to finalize the purchase of my used vehicle due to both our busy schedules and playing phone tag. Would buy from him again and will recommend Darr Auto Sales to others.

The bad reviews are from years ago from the previous dealership. I had an excellent experience with Jim nice guy, we had some good conversation while doing paperwork, he was honest and humble. His cars are decently priced compared to the surrounding lots which are overpriced and completely delusional about what they have. I recently purchased an 2009 Toyota Corolla from Mr.Darr, was clean in good shape mechanically. If your looking for a good car for a decent price I would recommend Darr auto sales.

We were weiry about purchasing a vehicle at first due to having a bad experience at a different dealership years ago, we really needed a second vehicle and were on a budget. We saw the vehicle and i loved it immediately. Mr. Darr was very helpful, he offers in house financing and double checks everything before leave. We have a growing family and everyone loves the car. He will work with you as long as you are open amd honest with him and simply keep him informed on your situation. Great place to go, very helpful. We really appreciate you being so helpful and so considerate and understanding. We will Deffinently be using your dealership when its time to get another vehicle. Thank you
