Central National Bank needs to remind their customer service representatives on empathy. Complete strangers from other banks, hospitals, and credit offices at least show some compassion to someone who has lost a loved one. After the long relationship we had with this bank, I am in absolute shock they turned out to be one of the biggest obstacles in closing this chapter.

I've never had an issue with Central National. My grandparents,parents and myself all bank there. quinn phillips... "Like most banks", but yet they're the "worst" ?? News flash. try Bank of America,Wells Fargo or Chase instead. Had horrible dealings with all of them. Good luck

My husband and I just recently returned back to the states after serving as missionaries for 3 years in South Africa. During all that time, we banked with Central National Bank. It's a little crazy to think that you can live halfway across the world and bank in Waco, Texas, but with technology (and the fact that we always receive such great personal service - thank you for always taking our calls and answering our questions), we never once felt like we needed to switch to another bank. We love CNB!

I have tried other "local" banks, national ones, and even international. There is nothing like going into CNB and everyone KNOWS you and says hi, and doesn't treat you as if you are one of the masses. I've been banking with this bank for 25 years, they've helped with two home purchases AND a move to another state - and I won't leave them. With unparalleled integrity, time honored commitment to service and being great neighbors, they are stepping into the digital present and future with better and better technology.
