“We visited this Office Depot located in Waco, Texas on June 17, 2024. The outside of the store and parking lot isn’t very appealing but once you enter the store it’s awesome. You are properly greeted by a welcome and can I help you. This is very refreshing. While we were shopping at this location the GM talked with us. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We highly recommend this location.”
“Never enough people checking customers out. They put you in the same line as people returning products. Meanwhile they have 2-3 employees talking at the front when they could be checking people out. Other than that a great store!”

“Computer Giant was able to bring my son’s gaming computer back from the dead. They were kind, professional and thorough. There was a mishap with the second hard drive that made the repair take more time, but they did not charge us for the recovery and kept us informed throughout the process. I would absolutely take my computer there again, and they have gained customers for life.”
