Train Waco is a top-tier gym that excels in cleanliness, versatility, and community. The facility is well-maintained, with plenty of space and high-quality equipment for weightlifting, cardio, and CrossFit. The seamless transition between workout styles makes it easy to train effectively without limitations.
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help with guidance and support. I just dropped in for a free pass because I live in Fort Worth, but had to buy a shirt to show my support.
When I am in Waco, I plan to drop in again.

Pretty disgusting place. They allow OF girls to film content and rub themselves on the equipment.

During the non winter months is a solid 5 stars. During the cold months I’d give it a 1 star. I’m literally freezing during all phases of my workout. I’ve asked multiple time to at least turn down the GIANT fans. They never do. Regardless of how much I warm up I cannot get my body temperature up. I’ve had to completely change my program to keep myself warm. My joints hurt. My nose is sniffling. And not a single other person is even sweating. It is beyond cold.

Never been there but if the father of the biggerton ouncerton, pobbo and queeb is going there then it has to be one of the best. Would recommend.....😊
