We needed a copier. Google led me to yiur offuce in Marble Falls. Only problem.has been getting the mailing address corrected. Took 5 times to get this fixed. Tried texting, going into yiur office and 3 times getting texts that said our payment was paat due. Hopefully it is corrected now. Would love for yiur company to do auto drafts monthly.

Every time I've needed something, each support person I've spoken with has been knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. And I love the way that when my printer's ink is low, new cartridges show up at my office.

Love working with this company...quick to respond to any issues we have (usually w/in an hour), and they provide extremely courteous and professional customer service. If we have any further issues with our machines, they come back out immediately.
