The 5th street location in Waco is amazing! It is always busy, but you will get very compassionate, efficient, and professional service from the pharmacy team. My hubs and I got two vaccinations each and the whole process was quick, easy, and painless. You can also buy all kinds of cool stuff there if you inclined to shop!

Pharmacy and all 8 employees leave for 30 minutes for lunch. Why do they close the pharmacy down? Surely yall can do shift work. Some of us have emergency meds needing filled.

I shop there weekly . They are a bit pricy. They have good sales. I love the extra bucks rewards. The staff always greet me when I entered. The manager and staff are outstanding.

This pharmacy is a nightmare. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I had to come up here multiple days because there was a problem with my insurance. When i called my insurance the first thing they said was “have the pharmacy call us if there is a problem” how in the world does your staff not know how to handle this kind of stuff ? There is no way on this earth I was the only person to ever have this problem, but instead of dealing with it and helping me get my inhaler, which is actually a medicine people cannot live without y’all acted ignorant and careless leaving me to have to wait DAYS to get a medicine that should be readily available 24/7. I am disgusted at the lack of human decency at this location. I’ve dealt with plenty of snobs, but please remember you are in WACO TEXAS. Humble yourselves. Quickly. There was a large man behind the counter who LAUGHED IN MY FACE when i asked if my medicine would still be there for pickup once they got everything fixed. Where do yall find your staff at ? Is there some kind of requirement that you need to be as rude as possible to anyone and everyone that comes through??? Do you get paid extra if you act like Satan raised you ? Also- No one answers the phone at this location so dont even bother

Awful service at this pharmacy. Don’t try calling or they’ll have you on hold for 20 minutes without speaking to a single person.

Leslie gave me some of the best customer experience I've ever had. Made my time there very enjoyable. Overall very friendly. Just wish my receipt would be like 10x shorter.

This is the most organized, clean cvs pharmacy I have ever visited. Managers, employees are humble and honest helpful. Newly hired people need to learn from old employees.

CVS S 5th Waco, pharmacist filled my pain RX, though pharmacy had just closed. Then she helped a flushed young lady with strep and mono. The pharmacist, an Indian American, was so kind!
