Haven't been to DQ in forever we don't have that many in Houston in my area, I stopped going long ago because the quality seemed to dip, I used to frequent DQ's all the time....jump forward to now and this visit the service seemed extremely slow, went through drive thru one car ahead of us and our order wasn't taken until the car in front drove off after waiting about 5-8 minutes at order display, order was taken promptly but then had to pull up to wait for order, received order and fries were missing, so service was lacking but food was pretty good

Horrible! Went to another location but they were out of pecans and since nobody can buy any at the grocery store, I went to this one on Waco Drive reluctantly as several times before they are either out of M&Ms that are sold elsewhere for them to buy and have, or out of ice cream or like McDonalds, their machine is broken. Well I ordered a small chicken and dumplings and a small M&M, pecans & chocolate syrup blizzard in the drive thru. The blizzard I got wasn't even full and had way too much syrup so I asked them to make it again and the one I got next was not full either and was a smaller size and I said this isn't a small you gave me a mini. The employee said no I messed up the first time and gave you a medium. The dumplings were a mess because they didn't have any lids to fit it. She didn't know that number 1 - you should tell someone about the lids when they order because I would have said nvm because I don't want it to spill everywhere in my car and number 2 - I know blizzard sizes not only because I get them often but also I used to manage a DQ store. I would love to talk to this franchise owner but unfortunately I'm sure it wouldn't matter due to the current service and how this location is and has been several times before.

My order was wrong and my bread wasn't toasted(I asked that it be toasted) The young lady didn't give me a receipt after I asked twice. She didn't take my money at the window. She wanted to be paid at the car. Today is September the 8th 2023. Management should have been there. I expect this location will close soon they robbing them blind. UNBELIEVABLE
