Customer service can be greatly improved. Waiting can be excessive, and the associate appears to be lagging. They make customers wait in a long line prior to helping. Theft Pervention is awful and annoying.

Ive gone a couple of times and its been ok. Today i dont know if the lady was not having it or if she doesn’t like me hahaha but the lady that always wears gloves was kind of rude…. She never has a smile always has like a mugging face??♀️…….

Every time I go into DDS I feel right at home. Especially Early in the mornings. The cashier she's a Caucasian lady she had got her hair blonde that lady is phenomenal she always greet everyone who walks through that door and all the managers that I have met there are amazing as well be blessed DD's and Merry Christmas
