Design House has created several pieces for me, family and friends. I love their work! Most recently they created a beautiful pendant necklace and a delicate diamond ring from the diamonds and gold in my mother's engagement and wedding rings. So special to be able to enjoy these pieces that my mother wore for over 60 years reimagined in a way that perfectly suits me while honoring my parents. ❤️

I have purchased a number of items from Design House. I always recommend to everyone who comes into town that they need to visit the shop! All of the jewelry pieces that I have selected and purchased there have been remarkable quality and I absolutely adore. I have also had a few pieces custom-made to include a pearl necklace and earrings. I originally bought the pearls when I visited Egypt and actually had no idea if the quality was good, but I took them to Linda not only to have them looked at but to have them changed into a better quality setting. With very little input from me, Linda and her team were able to give me a beautiful and timeless pair of earrings and necklace that are convertible and able to wear multiple ways and can very easily transition from work to formal. I will continue to look to Design House for my everyday and special occasion jewelry and the majority of all of my gifts!

Today was our first time going to Design House in Waco and all I can say is AMAZING! Prices were awesome but the customer service was the best!!! We got permanent jewelry done today and the girls were the absolute best!!! We will definitely be back next trip to Waco!!!

Absolutely wonderful staff and beautiful store. Every piece was unique and we had a hard time passing up items. The staff were so sweet, knowledgeable and accommodating to our group. We will most definitely be coming back for more jewelry purchases including permanent links!

One word. ASTONISHING. This is not my first visit with Design House, however I’m always left with a huge smile on my face when I leave. The amount of dedication, precision and considerateness these girls show to each of my pieces is simply… astonishing. I came in today with 3 rings, 2 bracelets and 4 necklaces only expecting to give them a good cleaning and have a couple resized. As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and excited “hello’s”; as always, I knew I was in good hands. I spoke with Loly, Kimberly and Courtney about cleaning the pieces I brought with me and asked some questions about resizing my rings and necklaces. The knowledge these ladies have about which cleaning solutions would give the best results, and then seeing those results come to fruition was nothing short of …. Astonishing. I’ve had my pieces for quite some time now, and they’ve had a substantial amount of wear… in other words, they were very, VERY grimy. I watched these ladies use some serious elbow grease to transform my pieces until they looked LITERALLY brand new, but still making sure to do no harm to anything. In addition, Loly and Kimberly worked diligently to resize some of my necklace chains. One necklace received such a creative approach (always checking in to make sure I was okay with the changes, of course), when it was handed back to me I almost didnt recognize it. It felt like I was seeing my beloved necklace through a new, bright and shiny lens. I discovered details about the piece I had never noticed before that they pointed out, and I was indeed … astonished. My rings on the other hand, needed a closer look by their wonderful owner Linda, but again with their vast knowledge of jewelry, Loly and Kimberly outlined the full process and what things to expect as I have never had a ring resized before. I have full faith they will do their due diligence and am so excited to receive these rings back to finally get to wear them again! Through out my visit I was offered an assortment of wines, treats and of course, smiles. If you have made it this far into my review, I’ll leave you with this: Please do yourself a favor and pay these wonderful ladies a visit for all your jewelry needs. You will not regret it! Thank you again Design House!
