I’m so glad for all of the people who have not had trouble with Designco but I fall into the category of people who have. This is month three of our kitchen project not being complete. They have been to my home too many times to count and have messed up too many times to recommend them to anyone. This last time they replaced my counter due to poor chipping quartz and in so put the completely wrong color of caulk where the tile and counter meet.. honestly I laughed because this would have been about the 5th time I’ve had to call them back to come remove and redo something. They came back… wrong color again.. after communicating with the head tile guy he said he would be here XYZ time agreed upon, no show. No text back. nothing. I’m so fed up. Please avoid this company. It’s unfortunate because I’ve had good experience with the sales team but whatever the miscommunication is between them and the workers is mind blowing. And Although the sales team has been polite and kind it falls on them all as a system, it’s a poorly ran company.

Very poor experience with sales guy. Came from out of town from another designco. As soon as we mentioned we were from out of town ( Bryan ) and not from Waco he seemed to not be interested in helping us. Another couple came in AFTER us and he jumped ship with us and stuck to other customers like glue ( they were from Waco ) Questioned him about it and he took offense. Tried to tell me I was the problem. A customer is the problem. I have owned two businesses and have never just walked away from a potential customer. Now I wonder if I want to use designco for any of my remodeling needs. If corporate would like to discuss. The Bryan and Waco store has my name and phone number. Keith

Design Co worked with us on renovating our entire home. The work provided was excellent. Kristy S. helped us with picking out our interior flooring, counters, lightening, and kitchen and bathroom hardware. We could not be happier with our “new” home. Thank you.

DesignCo did an amazing job on replacing our floors. From start to finish every detail was a 5-star experience! From selection of the flooring material, to understanding the process for removal of the existing floor and new installation, to the actual job. Every step exceeded our expectation. Robert made sure we were able to find a replacement floor we would be pleased with. Patrick reassured us that everything would be taken care of. Then Jose and the installation crew did an outstanding job with every detail and kept the construction area spotless. When they finished they even offered to help move our furniture back into place. If only every business could treat their customers the way DesignCo took care of us! Highly recommend this company!

We had a new floor installed by DesignCo and were very impressed with the communication, coordination and the installation crew. Patrick worked with us to answer our installation questions and set the expectations. Wow, everything was extremely smooth and exceeded our expectations. The crew doing the installation was so professional, considerate and very neat. We did not have to move out all of our furniture and they made sure we were comfortable and our daily routines were not interrupted. They went above and beyond. Some of our baseboards and the shoe molding had to be removed, but you cannot tell it was ever removed and repainted. Jose and his crew were amazing and I highly recommend. Thank you Patrick and Jose. We are very happy and appreciate the great customer service.

Mandy Hunt helped my husband and I at the Lubbock store. Mandy was so helpful. We had a type of tile in mind for our backsplash. She helped us search and search until we found some we liked. She also helped us find a picture of the tile installed, which was very important to us. She was helpful, but not pushy. She really knows her products. She has a wealth of knowledge. The showroom is the most pleasing one in Lubbock. This is a hidden gem. Between the showroom and Mandy's help, this was the best experience in Lubbock.....and we have searched them out. Thank you, Mandy.

We used DesignCo for our house build in Fairfield, TX for flooring, backsplash tile and countertops. We plan to use them for window coverings as well. Everyone was fabulous to work with from beginning to end. Johnny was extremely helpful with sales, schedulers were flexible and installers were skillful and as tidy as you can be with construction. Very professional all the way around. I highly recommend DesignCo for any design, construction or remodel project you may have.

I recently had my kitchen remodeled and had new countertops installed in the master bath by Designco. George & Melanie in the Temple store were my contacts throughout the process. They provided exemplary customer service and were very helpful with the coordination of flooring, countertops & backsplash. Melanie even went with me to their Waco location to make sure I had access to every selection available before I made a final decision. Their installers were professional craftsmen who showed up on time every day & did a fantastic job. My kitchen is beautiful & I have recommended DesignCo to several friends already. Great prices with prompt and professional services!

If it wasn’t for Robert at the Waco design co. we would not have our beautiful counter tops. He helped us every step of the way. Just waiting on a problem with the seam on the quartz countertop.We had another representative helping us but he never showed up for our appointments or we would have given design co.a 5 star

DesignCo is my Savior!!These guys are professional on every level. Quality, Customer Service, and Design.I was in a bind with one of DesignCo competitors (MTTS not mentioning any names) In my opinion, there is no competition between the two of them. MTTS lied week after week for 5 weeks to my face. Broke promises after promises. Took my money and still would not let me see what i was buying. In this case, it was countertops. That is all they do there by the way. Then when it was time for install, MTTS said they were not going to help me and tried to refund my money at that point. DesignCo came to my rescue. They came and Lazer measured my kitchen and custom cut the slabs to match perfect.If you value your time, money, and design of your new kitchen or bathroom or anything for your home, stay as far away from MTTS as possible. DesignCo is your best friends and your best solution hands down.
