**dishonest and disrespectful business owner**
I bought a washer and dryer from this business. When they installed they did not tighten the water line correctly, creating a small drip. We weren’t able to see the leak until it had completely soaked through our drywall and subfloor and was finally starting to leak under the washer so we could identify. We had to have drywall replaced and mold remediation done. When I contacted discount they denied that this was their fault. They even hung up the phone on me and my husband and were extremely rude! The repairs were $1300 and they were unwilling to pay for any part of it. This was their accident and they should be responsible. They were not professional or honest and they were frankly super rude! Do not use this business unless you are okay with them taking advantage of and disrespecting you.

Oh My Goodness as soon as I walked in I had a nice gentleman help me and explain exactly what I needed to do to fix my problem. I was in and out of the shop. This was my first time there and I think it's a great place to go for your refrigerator and washer dryer needs

This place is awesome. We bought our washer and dryer there. Walked in, great customer service, better prices than the big box store. They delivered same day. Couldn't ask for better service. Recommend for all your appliance needs.

Our central vacuum system motor stopped after 28 years ?In between Utube and the internet we narrowed down the causes. Took the whole unit to Pat at Discount Vacuum . He diagnosed, ordered the new appropriate motor, installed, and notified us.I highly recommend!!

4 people setting at desks, staring at you while your walking through the clutter after you don't have a clue where to look for what your looking for you have to go ask. Then the guy is very blunt gives u the price and goes back to desk with no info on product at all. If I didn't know any better I would think the store is a front the lack of salesmen ship, and the very high importance of the individuals holding those desks down.
