My wife spoke to a rude and lazy associate by the name of Aaron on the phone. I called to let the manager know so that she could coach the associate and it turns out that she is just as incompetent as Aaron. Suppose I shouldn't have very high expectations for such a place (or any place for that matter) these days. ?

Highly Recommended! To specify, the staff are friendly, the store is organized, alongside the store offers an affordable broad variety of products. I located a pricey Aveeno lotion at this store for more than $6.00 of savings.

This was an absolute horrible experience. I’ve been here before several times and at this point I’ll never return. I didn’t even mind not even being greeted when walking in. But, when you get to the cashier and they don’t say hello, they say nothing at all until they tell you your total . Then … REPEAT YOUR TOTAL while you have handed them the cash but clearly trying to grab the coins. They laugh at you and proceed to say well… that took forever , as soon as you hand them the rest of the money. I sure didn’t mind telling her that I just had surgery. And frankly. I’m not healed. My fingers/hand isn’t fully functional and it’s really actually pretty disrespectful to say that in general to one of your customers when you didn’t even have the decency to even say hello. Teach your employees some kindness, patience, actual work ethic period so another person doesn’t have the experience I just went through. You have no idea what people go through in life. He liege me. Some things that are small to you are big to others and something you just laughed at is something that has been a nightmare in my life for many months. Believe me; if I could leave no stars. Or even negatic .I would. Do better!

I guess I need to put a star in order to put a review but rude customer service and not even a hello or have a nice day .. it's not just your job to stand behind the register and that's it but no one said anything and 3 people are in there at least be nice to the customers and not a lot of things on the shelves either .

Plus: This us the largest Dollar Tree that I have seen. It's in a very nice shopping strip center. They have a decent selection of craft items.Minus: when we went (Sunday afternoon, August 15, 2021) it looked like everything had been picked over. They did look like they were restocking. They have next to no organizational bins. The cashier was extremely rude to me when I inquired if that was all they had. I asked her when they would get more or if it was a seasonal selection. She told me "this isn't Macy's " and then said "and I really don't give a.." and stopped herself from finishing. Wow...so rude and crass. May not go back to this one just on that alone.
