Go to Hertz. We reserved a car today at noon for pick up at noon tomorrow upon finding out our personal vehicle was not going to be out of the mechanics shop in time for us to make our trip. The local manger calls us at 6:30 pm this evening to let us know he will not let us rent the car because the regional manager decided he didn’t want to allow one-ways. Even though we booked online and had the reservation confirmed via email with confirmation number and all - they were cancelling our reservation because area manager didn’t want one ways going out. When we asked to be transferred to a higher manager the person on the phone refused. There’s always someone higher. This is horrible customer service, and the guy could care less. If you’ve made a mistake that allowed for a rental to be made that you didn’t want it seems like good customer service would dictate that you eat your mistake rather than make the customer pay for it. Now we have to drive all the way to Dallas to pick up a rental car. Earlier today other companies we checked had cars available for one way out of Waco - at this hour now we can’t find one and I’m kicking myself for not choosing Hertz or other in the first place. If I could I would give a negative number for a review.

This is my second time back to this establisment. The first time was an great and amazing experience! The second time around it was okay. The customer service at this location is always top notch! They make it a very personalable experience. When I first went in I was told there was no trucks. That was a no go for me. They could have informed of that before hand. I could have made other arrangements to go elswhere or called the insurance company and figure something else out. You cant tell me there are not trucks when that is what I need/requested and try and give me a car. I was told one was coming and they would put me in something else until it came in. I was okay with that since they were willing to fix the problem. They went above and beyond.They did not have to but they did and I appreciate that. Communication is key. I dropped off the temp one to get a truck and it was dingy and dirty may have just been cleaned but very poorly. There were smear stains on the rearview mirror just not how a rental should be given to someone. When I got home later that evening I cleaned all the windows myself. Very unhappy being handed over a dirty car.

I always have a great experience with Enterprise! SJAY is always helpful and has such great customer service! Enterprise on Jack Kultgen freeway is where I go majority of the time!

Customer Service is good. I didn’t like the fact that I couldn’t pay for my son’s rental with my charge card and I had to pay an additional $15 a day to list him as a driver.I was told that it was company policy that the person who rents/pays must have debit or credit card in his/her name. I think that’s ridiculous

Got into a fender bender in my truck and needed a rental. My insurance company set up an appointment with Enterprise. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. The car they provided is awesome!

Alex, the manager is fantastic! I rent vehicles frequently and I when I learned he switched enterprise locations I immediately started renting from his new location. If you need anything he is the man to talk to.

I couldn’t be more happy with the Enterprise staff of Waco (Jack Kultgen Fwy & 35). Their customer service was absolutely impeccable. I really felt like they went above and beyond for me. They treated me like I mattered and not like I was just a customer. Everyone was very kind and they all had wonderful attitudes. I could tell they take pride in their jobs and want you to have the best experience possible. Amanda, David, S.J. , and Logan. I could go on and on about how wonderful these people are. Again their customer service was amazing. That’s hard to come by these days. Thank you for being so kind and making this a stress free experience. Keep up the great work.

Just returned a vehicle from a 3 day rental. As I was about to leave, salesman approached and said i needed to look at roof damage. I was shown two dings and asked if I had driven through hail. 104 degrees, bone dry, and hail!Nope.I mentioned I might have parked under an oak tree, but those would have had to be some huge acorns!Bottom line- company card, rented for business trip. I didn’t purchase any of the additional products at time of rental. I also was shown and acknowledged a small door scratch when renting. No mention of roof at all.They took my insurance info and kept the deposit. The manager came over, didn’t say a word, and just glared at me during this transaction.I felt taken advantage of, and told them I would dispute.They have add-on quotas, and seemed determined to get additional $$ out of my company rental. I’ve always had a great experience with Enterprise. This felt like a shakedown. Avoid the 1601 I 35 location in Waco.Never again.

I made my reservation months ago!! I called to verify payment method and was advised there may not be a 15 passenger van available. For the last couple days I’ve been told I would get a callback. No one called back! I’ve requested a callback I lost count how many times!! This company is not reliable!! Had I not called I would have showed up and been turned away.

Reserved 15 passenger vans. Got a confirmation. Drove in from an hour away. Arrived to location and no vans. Poor customer service, didn't even call to give a heads up. I wasn't alone lobby was full of people needing their reservation.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The only reason for less than a five star is their parking lot needs a lot of work/repair.

2 hrs to get a rental car is ridiculous told to be here at 0900 it’s 1100 now just sayingThey should have a back up plan in case internet goes down and no 1 can rent a vehicle, ya know old school paper and pens they only run out of ink but easily replaced
