Super disappointing when you make a reservation for a rental a week in advance and you get there and are told that they don’t have a vehicle for you. After hearing their excuses of why it happened, I was told it would be 24 hours before I could a rental. Hertz was able to get me in a rental inside of an hour. Your competition isn’t even in competition with you. You have taken yourself out of the game.

0/10 recommend. Called at 8 am rep was quick grabbed my phone number and said she will call me back and never did. I HAD TO CALL BACK around 3pm rep was very rude, no type of help, barely let me talk. Sounded bothered that she even had to work. Kept repeating to call my insurance to get a “bigger vehicle” not sure if they get paid more for that even AFTER I stated I can drive a smaller car or basically any car while my car is getting fixed in the shop.DO NOT RECOMMEND ??

They called me the day of, just hours before my reservation, to say the didn't have my rental or anything of the size I needed. I made my reservation a month ago. Customer service was completely rude and unhelpful in trying to get a replacement. She literally just kept saying it wasnt her fault. Even if its not her fault, my holiday plans of going to see my family are screwed because of Enterprise. They gave me no solution or helpful tip, just "sorry, it's not my fault"

Never at this location again. I don’t swear or raise my voice in any way. The Mel player who answered was rude unprofessional and hung up on me after he clearly got caught by someone who knows enterprises corporate policies and his personality flaws and ego got hurt a little and he hung up on me. Absolutely ridiculous. Also will be calling corporate to report his actions!! I rent from enterprise almost every week and I have never ha d any issues with the company, but this guy clearlyNeeds some coaching form management. He also refuse to let speak to his boss and hung up on me on my call back. The nerve of this guy!! Go to Waco airport location they are much more accommodating and professional.This guy was unprofessional at best!!!!!

This experience wasn't bad but when the branch manager/ company doesn't hold up to their part of agreement its bad business. The branch manager told me to signed a contract within those contract he stated to me its gon be less for 48 hr so you can get use to the car then he said he won't charge additional fee on my card unless he find any damages then I will pay the full amount if any damages found with a 500 deductible when I return the car. I agreed and signed to pay for the full amount if expected. I couldn't opt out because he said within 48 hr. He told me the amount would be 100.00 that would cover those damages that way I didn't have to pay that much so he rub my card. So I happened to check my acct 300 dollars were taken out due to the days I had the car. They already holding 50.00. When I confront him he said he never said that but I wouldn't have never signed it. Then the liability card inside the vehicle was expired since Sept 02, 2023 but I was driving with an expired liability card and was told I wasn't able to use my insurance. Its like a female taken a car to the tireshop by themselves to get tires then over price it and take advantage than the original price. My husband came and its a whole different story. But he did give me 100 dollars back. You can't really read off of a tablet to see the fine print when they explaining it. When the accident happened I was set for a rental way before I had to drop off my vehicle. I had to rush to get it to them because the branch failed to mention it to them and they can get into trouble. They told me I had supposed to get the rental when the car is turned over to them. Let him say otherwise but I'm pretty sure he gets alot of complaints.

I can’t even review their vehicles because I didn’t get that far. What is the point of making a reservation when there are zero cars available when you arrive? Beyond frustrating. They made a point to call me the night before to confirm my reservation, yet neglected to mention on the voicemail there would be no car available. The rep working the morning I arrived confirmed he himself called to tell me, but you don’t mention that on the voicemail? Horrible custom service. Will never make a reservation with them again.

Overall experience was not bad. However, when I feel a company does not hold up to their part of an agreement I do not want to do business with them again.I rented an intermediate size car and had a confirmed reservation with them. When I showed up 15 minutes early to pick-up the car they did not have that size available. Ok, that happens. They did however have the next larger size available and said that I would have to pay the difference if I wanted a car. Making the customer pay extra due to you not holding up your part of an agreement is piss poor customer service.Not the first time this has happened when I have rented a car and the size vehicle I reserved was not available. However, other rental companies upgraded the car at no charge verse forcing me to pay extra for them failing to uphold their part of our agreement.

Rented a car from this place. Waited an hour just to get my rental that was prescheduled. I had to wait because the car they was supposed to be renting me needed an oil change. My replacement car was given to me dirty with all kinds of scratches and marks on it but assured we wouldn’t be charged for it. Continued the sweep of the car very quickly because they were very busy and it was 100+ degrees outside. Used the car with no issue. Returned the car and all of a sudden there’s a “puncture hole” at the back of the vehicle that I’m sure even the assistant didn’t see when she gave it to us. Now I’m having to pay an ADDITIONAL price for damages to a car I didn’t do. The person who checked us out the car should’ve been the same one who checked it in. NEVER USING YALL AGAIN.

Dont ever go here! They are extremely lazy , rude and petty. They had my elderly mom go back and forth home for different documents that she needed to rent a car, where all they had to do was tell her all at once to bring.. Then after going back the last time, they told her , her credit card needed to match her address.. she contacted the insurance company and they told her they would call corporate and not send anyone to them! They need to be ashamed of themselves, so I have recommended everyone I know, how they did my mother!

Absolutely do not use this company or this branch of enterprise off of Bagby. I was dealing with an insurance claim, and there was a big snafu with me getting my rental car. I had everything set up through both liberty mutual and enterprise the day before, but then I come in to pick up my car and the manager claimed that their system was not updated and they had zero cars for me to use at the time. She said she had been off of work so essentially didn’t know what happened or how my rental got lost in the system or who I spoke with on the phone who confirmed my rental. She Claimed that all the enterprises around town had zero cars for me to use at the time. This has so far been a Complete waste of time and will delay my actual car being fixed.

Great place to get a car rental! I got rentals several times from this location alone( 17th st and I-35) and lot more times overall. Always had good experiences. They are fast and responsive at their service. Cars are usually very clean when they hand it to you. After hour drop off allowed. They have shuttle service. There is a entrance at the back of the premises which is convenient if you’re taking 17th street to get there.

Enterprise was recommended by our insurance company after a tree fell on my car during a storm. They provided me with the Chevy equinox that was spotless and in good repair.Pick up and return were very easy. They provided toll access for a fee on top of the toll tag fees. This was charged to my credit card. I would definitely recommend them. (I rarely give five stars because I always feel there is room for improvement.)

Had a fantastic experience with this location. In a bit of a situation with my personal vehicle after hitting a deer, but Alex helped in every way possible to get me into a well running truck. Thank you for everything you did Alex. I appreciate it immensely! Will definitely return if a rental is ever needed again.
