I’m giving 3 stars because of the wait time and the fact there there isn’t an inside bathroom. Came at 1:04pm for a 10pm appointment. There was only 3 people ahead, I was confused why it took so long. Pepsi has you in and out in 30 mins for cans. But I was Loaded and given paperwork at 7:53pm. I would suggest coming early just to check in because it seems to be fcfs. I literally just unhooked WITH PERMISSION of course and went to the CECFO 1/2 a mile up the street to use the bathroom and get snacks. Honestly just grateful I was able to be in and out before appointment time. After leaving a crew of like 5 trucks came in at the same time. Wouldn’t be surprised if they had my appt time of 10pm. But Drive safe y’all

0 for them, my driver came for appt 4 AM in this morning, they haven't loaded yet, however load is only 10.000 pounds, this is really crazy, 09/06/2025

Arrived at 0815 to load for a 0900 appointment its currently 1603 and still not even in a dock. Looks like im not getting loaded today since they close at 1700

8 am appointment. 7am check in. Door at 10am. Loaded at 4:22 pm. Crazy slow. For aluminum can.

Check in was quick and simple, Eric Rodriguez got me loaded in no time🫡🤝🏾. I saw the reviews so I was scared but aye I spent a hour here.

Arrived at 330am for a 4am appointment. Was docked before 4am. So I'm thinking these recent reviews are incorrect. We'll it's almost 8am now and they have not even locked trailer to dock, or opened the door to begin to load me. Asked guy who came to window what is the hold up. He rudely responded he doesn't know anything because he just came to work but if I've been here this long I should probably just cancel load and leave. Asked for his name and he told me it doesn't matter who he is and left me standing there looking crazy. If I could have gotten my hands on him I'd probably be visiting Waco County jail right now. BELIEVE THE REVIEWS. POORLY MANAGED SHIPPING/RECEIVING. With all these bad reviews why hasn't anyone done anything about it.
As a man of my word. I told Jamie I'd edit this review. He apologized for sounding as if he was rude to me this morning when I ssimply asked what was going on with me not being loaded as of yet(7am). However that doesn't change the fact that this place and management sucks terribly. Again avoid if possible.

Worst place ever.
I checked in at 2:50 PM.
I received my dock door by 5 PM.
I checked out by 10:05 PM.
Overall, expect to wait about 8 to 10 hours.

Don't come here. The people are crazy The track does not see the drivers as human beings I waited for 5 hours and shipper coming told me your trailer size small i don't loading said me after 5 hour crazy

In at 0910, 1000 appt. Product not even made yet. Told 3 hours. Then 2 hours, now told rescheduled untill 1900. Do not come here. The people who call in trucks are incompetent. The brokers are zero help. Most communication through a camera and speaker. Do not come here. It is a waste of time. The amount of money i have lost screwing around here is theft.
