The service is horrendous. They absolutely refused to provide exact or or correctly estimated delivery times. I've waited 8 hours to get my package yet nothing was delivered. On another occasion, I received a notification that I was going to receive a package in 2 days time, then received another notification that the package was already out for delivery, then lastly receive a notification that the package will not be here until 3 days later. So of course I called to get some clarification and I was told that the latest notification was supposedly correct. However, it turned out that I go the package that same day , thankfully i got back home right as the truck pulled up. They can't even get the estimated delivery time right which is tragic. To to sum it up not worth giving this company attention.

really appreciate the attendant she was very nice to every single customer noches me as far as helpful making sure transactions got handled smoothly and completely she went above and beyond with everybody just a bright light in somebody's day to have that smiling helpful personality she's a keeper as an employee.

I was on vacation. Needed an envelope delivered overnight in California. They charged my friend $60 for overnight priority. Even tho they promised it would be delivered next day. The package will not be delivered until 2 days late. The lady at my hotel desk told me there was no Saturday delivery where we r. The folks at FedEx in Waco lied. I will go back to( as much as I hate it) USPS 2nd day priority. Again, the people in Waco lied to us. FedEx doesn't give a s*** and will not fix it. Dang it.

Came in on 3/25/21 to pick up some signage we needed printed. Our office person accidentally sent the wrong attachment and we didn't realize it until it was already printed and paid for. Mistakes happen. I asked what can be done about this, and the manager on duty said nothing and that we have to pay full price for a reprint. I didn't complain. I had the proper file sent, and it was printed. I went to pay AGAIN and hoped against hope that they would extend some kind of courtesy discount. Nothing. I will no longer be giving this location my business. I'm in the customer service business and let me tell you what is worse than giving bad customer service: when a customer makes a mistake and you do not offer some sort of courtesy discount. Because whether or not you intended this next bit is irrellevent, but the way that makes me feel (and trust me I avoid EVER MAKING A CUSTOMER FEEL THIS WAY AT ALL COSTS) is that I am being punished for my mistakes only as a way to recoup any mistakes the business made. I'm livid and disappointed in how this morning went.

This Fed Ex store was very nice and super clean. We had Vee help us with our parcel to be shipped. She was very kind and helpful. We will drive to that location (that was a little bit further away than we thought) because it was worth it! Vee took our package and she was very helpful when my husband told her that we were very new to the area. She was helpful in giving us ideas about why coming there is a great idea for all kinds of shipping needs! I really want to say "thank you" to Vee because she made us feel welcome in a new town. We recently moved to Waco area from the Midwest.
