They sub-contract their last-mile delivery, but they CANNOT manange them. Bought a laptop with Fedex delivery, we NEVER signed the package, but their system showed that the package was signed and delivered. Go to their office to report this issue, they REALLY DON'T care it. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!

Disputing charge with my credit card. Literally didn’t get my overnight package to the destination (spent 128 on it) and as of 5 days later they don’t know where it is. Best part is they WON’’T GIVE ME A REFUND. Said I have to wait some random FedEx decided amount of time for them to “decide” that the package is what...lost? destroyed? whatever. Watched the counter person put an RFID tag on the package. What good is that I wonder now?? Fed Ex is so consistently NOT reliable --after enough times of late I give up on them and will go out of my way not to use them from now on. Would give a zero star but can’t.
Oh, they did say if I wanted to travel back to this store which is 3 hours from me I could argue a refund with them. Otherwise I wait.

This FedEx has the nicest and most helpful employees! FedEx’s systems don’t seem to make it easy for them, but the employees here are very good problem solvers!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this FedEx location where I was assisted by Shaye, and I can't say enough about how helpful she was! From the moment we walked in, we were unsure about how to send off our package, but Shaye was incredibly informative and ready to help. Her knowledge and friendliness made the entire process super easy and stress-free.
Shaye took the time to explain everything we needed to know, and her patience was truly appreciated. Thanks to her assistance, we left feeling confident about our shipping order and excited to return for any future shipping needs. A big thank you to Shaye and her team, especially Ed, for getting our package set up so efficiently. This experience has definitely made our day!

I have been to several towns with my giant rug that I needed returned via FedEx and nobody had staff that could help me unload it because it is so big and so heavy. While working in Waco today I was referred to the local FedEx office or a delightful woman brought her car to the car and helped me unload this monstrosity. She was kind and cheerful and overall wonderful. She made sure that I was OK with the cost of packing since I had free shipping already. I assured her it was OK. She had me in and out in under three minutes. What a dream. Use this office.

I stopped in today to do a quick print job. The associate Shaye sure made my day. She was quick to help me as she obviously noted I was in a hurry. And she got me checked out super fast. She is a terrific employee and I was so happy to get to meet her. Great work Fedex.

I love how they close 5 minutes before the ACTUAL closing times. Then to see them come to the door while you're there flipping the sign three minutes before closing time. I'm not even kidding yall. Oh and I'm also waiting on FedEx to update my status on a package that was supposed to arrive two days ago...

I had a good experience this morning with shipping out numerous packages. I emailed the shipping labels to the store before I arrived, and the labels were waiting for me when I got there. Thank you, for the efficiency! Next the employee helped me add the shipping labels to each package. It was a quick process. I appreciate the employee's help and her friendly customer service.

The young lady that helped me with a return package was so kind and amazing! Absolutely loved how smooth everything was. Definitely recommend stopping here for shipping needs.
