If you want your package delivered, dont use FedEx. The drivers dont care and what's worse, the managers care less.
USPS is better than FedEx, never thought gov employees could beat private employees.

The customer service lady who helped me was absolutely Amazing. She knew exactly what I needed. I had to send back a piece of equipment to AT&T. I gave her the account number, and it was smooth sailing from there. I really wish I had gotten her name. I like to put names on my reviews. She knows who she is. I am sure she is great with all customers.

Do not waste your time with this location. Damaged product after i dropped it off and then claim the product is leaking and will not ship it. Find a UPS or Post office to do your business with.

Extremely disappointed. I went to pick up my package that was scheduled for delivery on Monday; I was told the Monday is packed and if it's not in eyesight then I can't get it. Mmm, UPS and USPS were able give me my package that was on a truck I am so confused how I can request for it to be held and picked up that same package tomorrow Saturday but in able to get it Friday afternoon.

Another package thrown at the edge of my driveway and street. I wish I could order stuff and not have it delivered by FedEx. This is an ongoing problem in our area and it is ridiculous.

“I am beyond disappointed with my experience with FedEx. I ordered an iPad Mini from Best Buy, and while FedEx marked the package as delivered, I later discovered the box was empty. To make matters worse, the package looked tampered with—it had been opened from the bottom and then re-taped.
Since August 1, I have been calling and trying to get answers from FedEx, but I’ve received little to no help. Customer service has been frustratingly unresponsive, and the lack of communication or a clear response is unacceptable. I’ve followed up weekly, only to be redirected or told my contact is unavailable. I understand that mistakes happen, but for a company of this size, there should be a much stronger commitment to customer service.
I am still waiting for an investigation or even an acknowledgment of the issue. Until then, I would strongly advise others to be cautious when using FedEx for valuable shipments. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t trust them with important deliveries.”
