Full of promises and wasting your time. They do not have a clue as to what is going on one person tells you one thing then you get contacted to set up delivery to be told oh we cant service the address. It has been a long time since a seen a company give so little care to its potential customers. Normally you get the run around after you become a customer.

We called Ferrellgas to find out about installing a propane tank on our property. The people we talked to were very helpful with selecting a program that would work for us. The scheduling and installation were fast a professional. Definitely a good experience.

Multiple tries to reach them on the phone for new service. After the 4th try i was connected to someone out of state even though I called the local number. They couldn’t give me an answer or price on new service without calling me back. They said they would call me right back. Over a day later someone called me and left a voicemail. By then I already had service scheduled with another LOCAL company.

To start, overall, this is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. We had them quote a propane tank install. They were unresponsive to email questions. We had a delay to get the install scheduled after telling them we were ready. After the install was done (the actual install seemed to go okay), they left the line to our pool equipment uncovered and not hooked up. (1/19) After a couple days of no communication about what was next, I contacted the guy who installed and he then said they would have to come back and hook everything up & that they would first need it to get inspected. (1/25) The next week I followed up to see if the inspection was scheduled and was told they have applied and were waiting to hear back from the city. (2/5) Growing irritated, I contact Robinson to check on my inspection. Robinson tells me that they granted the permit for installation the day it was requested (1/26), and that there had been no request for a inspection. BIG LESSON IN ALL OF THIS - NEVER PAY IN FULL UP FRONT. They had no incentive to move anything along as they were already paid. After contacting them and letting them know that the city said they had in fact not scheduled an inspection, they finally scheduled it. After a mix up with the city not being able to figure out how to get in my back yard, it was finally inspected. (2/15) Waited another week after that to get the rest hooked up. Quality of work was fine, no problems with that. OK, that fiasco is over, right? WRONG. A month or two later, we get a bill in the mail for like $90, seperate from what was already quoted and paid for the install. I call Ferrelgas (by the way, there is no way to directly call the local store, you get corporate no matter what number you call) to ask what it was for and am told it was for an inspection that they did not know was needed. So the business operating in Robinson, did not know Robinson required an inspection? Tried to get the charge removed, over weeks of not being called back and checking with different departments and blaming other locations/departments. I decided to give up and pay the bill. But I will do my best to make sure I never give Ferrelgas another cent.

We was scheduled to have our propane delivered today 02-12 per there conformation no one showed my wife was on hold for 2 hours we ordered a week in advance anticipating the sub artic temps arriving this is not the first time they have done us like this...Horrible Service.!!!! As of 02-25 still no propane you can't count on ferrellgas very disappointed in the managment and customer service .

Ordered propane two weeks ago. I realize we had an ice storm so there would be a delay, however cannot get an answer on when we will receive our order. You would think they would have ran on the weekend to catch up. Almost out of propane. Very disappointed customer.

Paid for service two weeks ago and still have not received gas. Called the office and keep getting the run around. There is no excuse for this.

Ordered gas about two weeks ago still waiting. On the site said will be delivered by the 12th still no gas. Try to call you stay on hold forever. I got a hold of someone on Friday she said I wasn’t scheduled for delivery on Friday and I have it in writing will be delivered by 2/12. Im at 1% now so it’s not gonna make another cold night. Plus they been saying for years they will paint my rusty take and still not happening.

I don’t recommend ferrel gas because I ordered gas and paid for it a week ago. I was originally told it would be delivered Monday. When I called the lady said I was never told that. I was definitely told that. I called back Wednesday was told it will be here Thursday. Thursday they now say tomorrow. 5 business days have passed not counting the weekend and all I get is we’re busy. But can take my money immediately when I ordered it. Doesn’t matter that I told them 3 times I’m about to be out.
