I arrived at 7:30 am for a tire alignment. In the past this has not been an issue and the alignment could easily get completed that day: Today when I waked in, I was told it would be about a week before it could be done. The gentleman then pointed to all of the cars in the parking lot. Obviously, Firestone is having either some management issues or need to hire more staff. I have been going to Firestone for years and things have always been so efficient. Hopefully, Firestone can operate again like they did in the past. I have never been turned away before. And on top of that being told it will be around a week before they can schedule me in.

Had an 8AM appointment for tires, oil change, front end alignment check, and a state inspection. Stopped by at 3:45PM to check on the progress of my vehicle and found it sitting in the same parking spot where I had left it at 8AM. Nothing had been done, they hadn’t touched it.
I walked in and asked why my vehicle hadn’t been touched. Manager said the 8AM appointment was just a drop off appointment. I immediately asked for my key and left. I’ve been using them for over 17 years and will not do business with them again under their current management.

II just bought brand new tires from Firestone and this week I had a flat I called and the gentleman that I was speaking to was not friendly at all, I explained to him what happened and needed my tire fixed ASAP, when I got there Joe was extremely friendly and helpful, He told me, Mrs.Salinaa "I will take care of you TODAY"!!!
Thank you Joe for going the Extra Mile for me, YOU ARE THE BEST!!! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE JOE!!!

Didn’t have an appt. Dropped car off at 8:30. Was called by 11:30 to let me know the issue. They were honest. Said I needed 3 tires but explained had a little more time on 2 of them. Had my car ready by 5pm. Explained everything in detail to me. Really liked in and out the same day.

Had an AM appointment for service
After 3 1/2 hours i asked when my car would be done, they didn't clarify that my car was going to be serviced in the PM since they are short staffed. I dont live nearby so i had to cancel my service.
If I wanted my car serviced at night I wouldn't have made an appointment in the morning to make sure I had transportation that night/afternoon...

Good Service. Polite employees . Came in to get a Quote on 2 tires for my 21 Silverado. Quote was 80 dollars higher than my Chevy dealership .. he quoted 380 a tire.. and was able to get them for 259.00 a tire 308.00 out the door each ..

Appointments are meaningless here, so plan accordingly.
8am appointment
Dropped off at 7:45
Called at 12:30 (they were "about to start on it")
I was told 2-4 hours & had planned for such, so I picked up without work being done.
Employees very rude & unapologetic.
If they can't respect me or my time, then they don't deserve my money.
Good luck shopping here if you choose to do so.
