Branch manger likes to play games. I assume she has some type of power trip going on. Went to cash my check they said since it was my first time it had to get verified. I had No problem at all with them doing this seeing that I just started the job it’s understandable. Fast forward I come back two weeks later, I have the same issue the manager gives me 25% of the check I was annoyed but ok with it , the young lady then assured me that next time I would not have any problems. Fast forward two more weeks I come in with a bigger check same company and she still decided to hold part of the check. I asked why and she says she doesn’t know if Hillcrest chiropractic has enough money to be cleared for my check mind you Hillcrest chiropractic is an critical acclaimed doctor’s office that’s been in business for 15 to 20 years. I’m very upset on how the branch manager handled business and was very unpleased. I then decided just to close my accounts with no hassle. I get home only to find that they have not closed my accounts and I still had money in my savings. Overall customer experiences rated a 1 and I would not recommend anyone to go there. Lines are long the branch manger plays inappropriate songs and it’s not very inviting or welcoming.

I'm very dissatisfied with the service they're very ugly and tell you do one thing when you need to do another thing you have to get more people involved in necessary and become in debt because they won't release your money I absolutely would not recommend them to anyone especially if you want your money on time especially the one in bellmead the one in Waco is better but still do not recommend them

Went to bank on lunch. They said they can make me an account in 5 minutes but it took longer. A week later or so I got this letter yesterday. Not sure where my money is but it needs to be in my account. I haven’t even activated the temp card they gave me. Going to go to the bellmead store to see what is going on. When they open. If something wrong I am going to demand my money and close the account. *apparently they made me 2 accounts . a checking and a savings. i am not sure why.

I have been a customer with this bank for over 20+ years, and today was the first time I felt disrespected as a customer. I get to the bank 15 minutes prior to closing. They're were five employees discussing something and they all looked at me waiting in line. Neither of the five employees acknowledged my existence of standing in line, nor said anything to the point of "one moment sir" or how can we help you. I just stood there and was Ignored. Total disrespectful!!!!!!!

I'm in banking with First Convenience quite some time here lately I am not impressed. When did they start charging people have their money direct deposited into their account because that's what's happening to me when I call I can never get no one to answer the phone. Needless to say I will be changing Banks I am very dissatisfied

So freaking slow! Always have plenty of people but they are too busy chit chatting to take care of you most of the time. Nice yes. They are very nice. But not efficient. I have to cash my check on my lunch and it takes FOEVER!!! Also they have a hard time listening. Gotta repeat myself a lot. Been with them for several years. The other branches are a LOT BETTER. And faster. Don’t go to the woodway one

This bank play games with money so they can charge fees. Used to be pretty good but this is now bordering on fraud. Be aware of your balance coz they will play games. Lucky for me I have the screen shots this time.

I have been with this bank since 2005 and am very upset with how they profiled my husband (the store manager) and refused to verify his check. He had all the information and literally had to make a phone call to Wells Fargo but refused. She even made unnecessary commentary, rolled her eyes and he decided to be the bigger person to cash his check elsewhere then returned to deposit it. When returning she acted as if she didn't recall the encounter at all. There was no apology and there is a process such as call the bank, review the documents and so forth to verify a check. I have reached out to the district manager and hopefully this will get resolved. I see now why it is a 2nd chance bank and why people constantly voice their frustrations.
