After shoes were shipped to the wrong kids footlocker in Mesquite with no one answering at that store for days, the staff at the Waco Kids Foot Locker were incredibly helpful in rectifying my kid’s order mishap. Vianca L was very kind and understanding and took time out of her busy day to make sure my kiddo will get the shoes he ordered. Really appreciate the great customer service 🙏

Great service! Once I walked in there, they asked if I needed help with anything in particular. The girl there even helped my daughter with her shoes trying them on! Will definitely go there again.

I didnt like that they only cary certain sizes & ask you do you want to order them.

Friendly staff, very well kept shop. Didn't have the item I needed, but was given recommendations. Super clean space and always promptly asked if I "need any help".
